Raffaello was a terrific host. He thoroughly explained all the features of the house, made sure we were familiar with accessing the incredible beach area, and recommended places to visit in Gargano and beyond. We could have stayed there for weeks and been very content. If you want to start your mornings on the spiaggia più bella del Gargano before exploring all that this beautiful region has to offer, you cannot do better than here.

We had a horrific experience at this property . DO NOT STAY HERE This is NOT a villa- it is a basement dwelling with no view and no light . The bedrooms are many steps down in a basement with very little light . It is a fire danger as if there is a fire upstairs there is no way to get out . Very disturbing and we could not sleep . The bed is horribly uncomfortable. There were hardly any essential items- little bit of toilet, no hand soap, no dish soap , even during covid . Terrible sheets and towels and then NO HOT WATER . It wasn’t very close to the beach ( but the beach was beautiful) after a walk there and 17 flights of stairs down . The owner was not helpful and very unkind . This is the worst place we have ever stayed and had to leave early since it was fire danger and there was no hot water .

We enjoyed our stay in Raphaelos house very much. The dream beaches of Gargano can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Raffaelo welcomed us personally at the house and showed us the house and the surrounding area. The surroundings are very quiet. We can recommend the house of Raffaelo! Many thanks to Raffaelo!

The place is far better than what can be determined from the pictures. The house shows a lot of details of simple elegance and it is at the same time very functional and practical for living and as a base for day trips in the surroundings. The house is furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. The outdoor area is fantastic! The nearby pebble beach offered a nice view and water, and is relatively empty due to the restrictions from the local council and the access through the neighboring hotel. There is a second sandy beach, which is also reachable on foot but requires about 30 minutes to get there. The attentive support from Rafaello with his recommendations and engagement ensured that any issue would be solved without delay. He and his wife made us feel as if belonging to a community of neighbors.

The villa matched the pictures and description. The terrace was large and spacious with both sun and shade. The villa was well furnished with cool and insect free bedrooms below the living room / kitchen. The nearby beach was exceptionally beautiful. The owner, Raffaello, was incredibly helpful and friendly - a very pleasant landlord.

This house is very beautiful and perfectly located near a quiet beach with a fantastic view. The hosts Mariangela and Raffaello were so nice and gave us a lot of information about the surroundings and tips for places to visit. We enjoyed our stay a lot and we can only recommend this place. We had the most wonderful holiday. The location, the people, the food, the stand - simply unforgettable! You are close to the beach and nevertheless you have the fresh air from the forest. The birds are chirping and it smells like flowers everywhere: you feel like in paradise. The landlords raffaello and mariangela leave nothing to be desired, the house is so lovingly and stylishly furnished and they are so infinitely nice! Many thanks for everything. I can only recommend the house. You have everything you could want. The area is fantastic, the beauty can not be put into words. You have to see and feel it diesem. We are in love with Italy and will be back!
