Baton Rouge Vacation Rental: 5 Mi to LSU!

Overall great place to stay needed more toilet paper and trash bags and to get half bath fixed but overall a great stay

I’ve stayed at this property before and it is still an incredible home and area. The only thing I noticed that may have been overlooked is the bathroom toilet paper holder in the master bedroom is broken. Other than that everything is AWSOME. I will stay here again on my next trip if it’s available.

Great house and very cozy! Has all of your basics. The kitchen was lacking tin foil and baggies so make sure you bring those if you plan on cooking. Not all the remotes had working batteries and we couldn’t get the living room tv to get to apps to sign in to anything but we didn’t really need it.

My family and I really loved this place! It was a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, close to great eating spots, and close to some good shopping.

Wonderful rental! Very clean, 20 minute ride to LSU, would absolutely rent this unit again!

The beds were very comfy. Perfect place to stay if you are coming in town for a game.

Very nice house. Minor things could be updated like the sheets on the bed had a hole in them and starting coming off the bed. Easy fix though. Overall nice place to stay on vacation. Had a great open concept kitchen/living room where we all could sit and hang out and cook. Nice sitting area in the back under the porch. The chairs were very comfortable and it was very relaxing when it stormed. Thank you for the nice stay!

Very good, communication was good. Check in and check out instructions were nice and clear. The house is very nice with washer/dryer and dishwasher. The community has a nice pool and next door to the house is a little park with a gazebo. The house is very comfortable with a great split layout.

The house fit our needs. It gave our grandkids room to play while we relaxed.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood and great location to everything we were there for. . The house was clean. We had a couple small issues and they were remediated in a very short time frame. Would stay again if we come back to Barton Rouge. Great communication with owner.

Overall the property and home was great! House was very spacious and well maintained. However, the listing never noted that the pool is usually closed for the season until around May 1st, coming from a northern state we were looking forward to having some pool time. Mattress in room #2 needs more support to make it usable/comfy for 2 people. Be sure to buy some salt & pepper when you shop for your stay as those basics weren't provided, we left ours there for future renters. We would definitely rent again but will leave the suits home if before May 1st.

Everything was great!!! Only issue was the roads in the neighborhood. Bad potholes, would rent again

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was as described and was great for our family's quick trip to Louisiana for Christmas. Host was communicative and friendly. It was VERY clean, which is nice.

My family came to stay at this property to attend an LSU graduation of a family member. The stay was awesome! We felt super safe and secure. The house was roomy and very clean. Will stay again!

Very nice and clean house! Great location close to shops/restaurants

Fabulous house. Safe neighborhood. Exactly as listed. Had all the essentials. Pool was nicely maintained (no longer a fob to enter as listed but a code to unlock door) Contact person was responsive to questions. Only downfall was the two separate steps at the front and back of he garage — be careful not to trip as many of us did ! Will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable clean house. The house was nice for a family weekend visiting LSU. Only recommendation for the house would be to purchase a pack n play/crib of some sort. Hard to travel with lots of baby gear. Overall a simply nice stay.
