If you are like us, you will be on the screened in porch enjoying stunning view of birds including bald eagles, egrets, great gray herons and dolphins on the tidal Bass Creek. Watching sunrise and sunsets.
Great home for children... On a salt water tidal creek so alligators are normally NOT in the area.
Fully equipped kitchen and large dining room table for dining, comfortable for 8 easily. Seats more. Delonghi coffee maker. A gas grill too, on one of the several porches.
Very well maintained clean home with lots of space.

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property so much - house has a great floor plan and is lovely. views are stunning - quiet street - will return!!
Everything provided for a wonderful vacation! Dock, nice deck, Cathedral ceiling, even toys for children! Host extremely helpful.
Palmer was a responsive and accommodating host and made great recommendations for our family trip. The house was spotless and very comfortable for our group (2 small children and 4 adults). It was stocked with beach essentials, kayaks, fishing gear, kitchen equipment, etc. Everything we needed! We loved the picturesque views, quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, and convenient location close to the beach, restaurants and golf courses. Club access was a fantastic bonus and Palmer made seamless arrangements for us. 10/10 - we will definitely be back to stay here!
Our family had a wonderful beach week at Kiawah. Palmer (the owner) was welcoming and most helpful. He absolutely made sure our stay was the best. No detail was too small or unimportant. Simply stated, Palmer is a nice guy and consummate host. You will never encounter better. The home was spectacular. Well-appointed, no skimping on furniture or accoutrements. The best of the best. Well-equipped kitchen. We are cooks and lacked nothing. The living spaces were comfortable and well laid out. The bedrooms and baths were spot on. Plenty of closets and other storage spaces. Beds were all comfortable. The home is located in a cul-de-sac of sorts. It has a big marsh view which is breathtaking. We spent much time on the screened in porch and out on the owner’s dock. Our kids and a few adults spent much time crabbing and fishing, with great success. We spent lots of time cracking and munching on blue claw crabs on the dock. Really special as were the sunsets. Birds, deer, dolphin and an alligator or two were plentiful. The long view over the marsh is of the ocean course and the ocean itself. Not a long trip to the beautiful beach. We rented chairs and umbrellas, which I highly recommend. When our children were young they learned to ride their bicycles on the hard packed sand at Kiawah. Still beautiful. For years we went to Mingo Point for the weekly Oyster Roast. This year was no exception.
Awesome trip, just too short. Great views and amenities, responsive and friendly owner. Hope to be back soon!
Beautiful home in a beautiful peaceful setting on bass creek. Able To walk to the beach and walking distance to several great fishing spots for the kids. Great home to foster family togetherness and activities.
The home was darling. Plenty of space. Great place to relax. I would stay there again for sure. The marsh views and sunrise was incredible. Beach is close and amazing. We rented bikes from the resort and the trails are so fun. Only drawback is that Uber does not provide service on Kiawah island, so plan for a private driver to get you back to the airport.
It was one of the best vacations I have had at the beach’. The home was very nice and the screened in porch was so awesome and relaxing. Caught fish at the dock , watched a dolphin eating fish, eagles and so many species of water birds. Loved this place. Palmer was always available, great host! Thank you
Just what we needed for Thanksgiving week. Very nice setting.
My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house was very warm and comfortable. The view sitting on the porch was spectacular. Palmer was extremely kind, attentive and a wonderful host to rent a house from. We cant wait to go back one day!
