Stayed May 25, 2025The house was very comfortable and clean. Although the pool was very nice, it was somewhat dirty, my husband had to clean it and recharge the vacuum. My only other complaint was that there was no drinking water or ice available. The refrigerator was equipped with the hardware to provide both but it was not in working order. That would have made a HUGE difference to me. Everything else was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Oct 23, 2025Had a great time at this location. It was our 'home base' for getting around the various locations throughout AZ. After long, sunny hikes, it was great to come back to the nicely air conditioned house and jump in the pool. The beds weee comfortable and the living room was a comfortable space to unwind the day. Landon was extremely responsive when we had a couple questions they were very amenable to my requests for early check in and late check out. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting PHX or Scottsdale.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025Easy to check in great communication! House was very clean and organized. We had a great time, the pool was amazing. Perfect location 10 minutes to airport and 20 minutes from the Phoenix convention center. Will be definitely staying here agin next year!

Stayed Apr 1, 2025We have 2 boys aged 11 and 14 and they were obsessed with playing basketball on their court, so this was a major hit with them. The day we checked in, we needed to contact the owner to gain access, but he remedied the problem immediately. We were looking forward to using the pool right away but it was covered in debris (leaves etc). I contacted the owner and his pool guy came out about 4 hours later which made a huge difference and we never needed it cleaned again during our 4 day stay. We paid to have it heated and it definitely felt warm especially since we were there during a cold spell in April. I would highly recommend paying to heat the pool through the cooler months.Beds were very comfortable, which is huge because that is not always the case. The master bathroom is fairly small and the shower is even smaller and without any extra light, we choose not to use it past the one time when we arrived. It definitely could use an upgrade in the master, but the main bath was fine for the 4 of us to use.Location is great, I went for a walk around the area a couple times and it was quiet and safe. Old Town is very close.

Stayed Feb 25, 2025Myself and a co-worker stayed at this house and it was a perfect landing spot each night. It was easy to get to, had plenty of parking and a great place to sit outside and relax each night. We enjoyed it so much we will be back!
