Ready to rest easy Head upstairs to rest easy in one of the three bedrooms on this level. The Primary King Suite features a two way fireplace into the oversized ensuite bathroom and a soaking tub for when you need pure relaxation. The Queen Suite features two Queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room has two bunk beds, Twin/Full + Twin/Twin, built for the kiddos in your group. Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Queen Suite with two Queen beds on upper level, Twin/Full bunk bed plus Twin/Twin bunks in the bunk room, and King Bedroom on lower level. Plus, additional Queen sleeper sofa in the lower lounge. Sleeps up to 14 guests.

    The place was a great size and layout for our group of multiple families with children. It was an easy hike /ski to the base (and had the whole mountain been open we could have skied to the stairs leading to the complex ). The kitchen and entertaining space were great and the staff was very responsive for any questions . Highly recommend

    First time at Winterpark skiing and this home did not disappoint. All the logistical aspects were seamless and management company responded immediately when had issues getting the door lock to work (there's a trick). Very clean and everything one needs for a vacation. Note that the walk up to the ski trail is some effort but even our 9 year old did it. Just leave your skis up at top if you come back for lunch. We didn't figure out the bus schedule but really didn't need it. Hot tub isn't that large (4 person - but really 3 adults max) but is right outside door so you keep warm. Definitely recommend the home and Mgmt firm.

    This house was amazing. It had more than enough space, beds, bathrooms, seating, etc. It was beautiful and clean and perfect for hanging out in the living room or kitchen/dining room. Great looking kitchen and appliances and stocked cabinets of all the dishware and cookware you'd need. Probably the only 2 negatives would be that the hot tub was a little small, but that was fine...it was still a great hot tub and even had party lights! And the other was that the ski in/out is more like hike in/out to the trail - the 'walking path' as described is a trail through the woods which is covered in snow and ice. It's not a bad hike or too long but it's not an easy walk down a shoveled, paved path as I had pictured. But we were ok with doing that. It's a quick and easy 15 minute walk to the Winter Park village so you can pretty much leave your car parked most of the time while there unless you're doing grocery shopping or going to the town of Winter Park (but there is also a free shuttle for that). I would definitely stay here again and hope to do that sometime soon and will share the Winter Park Lodging info with any of my friends that ask - I know a lot of people that do ski trips and many have already asked about the info because they saw the pics we posted of the house and want to stay there too.

    Overall fantastic. Great property. Clean and well maintained. The door lock/code system was a little clunky at first but we eventually got the hang of it. Really great experience.

    The staff at Winter Park Lodging Company goes above & beyond. We have always been treated like family by them. They are in constant contact to make sure everything is going well at the house & that everyone traveled safely. Their response time to questions is extremely timely.     Really nice townhome which was perfectly sized for 2 families of four. (You can sleep more). Special bonus: everything worked (hot tub, BBQ grill, wifi, etc)!
