Ready to rest easy Find the Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, King Bedroom on lower level, and Twin/Full bunk in the bunk room. The location of this townhome is unbeatable. Walk out to the Corridor Trail (150 yards) and ski right down the the Winter Park base area to catch the Gondola for some incredible skiing. You can easily ski home for lunch or to take a ski break when needed. You're also a 3 minute shuttle ride to the base to do some shopping or 5 minutes to downtown for some of Winter Park's best restaurants.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite on upper level, Second King Suite on upper level, King Bedroom on lower level, and Twin/Full bunk in the bunk room. Plus, an EZ bed for overflow sleeping. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

    We really enjoyed our stay this past week at Basecamp 472! Everything was well kept, clean and in good working condition. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were large. Our only criticisms would be that the closets did not have any hangers in them and there were no dressers in at least one of the king bedrooms. I will also echo another reviewer and agree that the unit was very dark. Even with all the lights on, it was still dark - especially in the bedrooms and the bathrooms. Overall though, it was an excellent unit - and it sits directly next to the walk path to the ski cutoff that takes you right to the Winter Park Gondola!

    Very organized kitchen. Good location. Need brighter lights in the condo-very dark and dim. Just changing out lightbulbs to brighter, whiter ones would help. They put our Christmas decorations which was a nice thought but they are very dated and better without them. We had a few issues with the fireplace and they came right away to fix.

    Such an amazing stay! The owners heard we were going there to celebrate our sons 16th Birthday and they made it special by having a gift and welcome sign for him. We would love to come back!

    We had a wonderful stay at Base Camp 472! Everything was perfect! Prettier than the photos. We loved the big aspen trees and the wooded area with a nice flowing stream on the side by the hot tub. It was the perfect setting for our getaway to Winter Park. I recommend this place to anyone that doesn't have issues with stairs. We are active in our later 60's and had no problems. All the furniture was high end and comfortable. You can tell a lot of love was put into this home, not your ordinary vacation rental. Grab it before it is gone!

    This place is super spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The hot tub is nice. Only complain is the master bedroom doesn’t have curtains (facing the mountain and trees).

    I always rent from this management company because they do a terrific job helping, communicating, and taking care of whatever is needed for an easy stay. The unit was in great shape and served my group very well. We did some cooking and the kitchen was equipped well. Love the staff. Using them again next year.
