Head inside the the main level living room and soak into the ample couches that are the perfect place to relax after a fun day on the slopes & trails. Walk up the small staircase to the gourmet kitchen to whip up lunch or host an immaculate dinner. The private hot tub & deck are right off the kitchen boasting a two way gas fireplace that's the perfect place to soak and catch the stars.

Read to rest easy The upper level hosts three, you heard that right, three, King bedrooms, all decked out with updated decor and luxury linens for a hotel-like feeling. All three King bedrooms have a bathroom for privacy amongst your group. The kids will love the lower level with a kids lounge and fourth bedroom with Twin over Queen bunk and shared bathroom. The lounge also has two Twin daybeds and a Twin trundle for overflow sleeping. Finally, when you're ready to get outside, you're only 150 yards to the Corridor Trail, making this an easy ski in ski out home for your next winter vacation.

    We just got back from a quick ski trip to Winter Park with all of our kids Had all of our kids and nieces and nephew. While the snow conditions weren't the best, Base Camp 462 Iron Horse Way was incredible! It was clean and ready for us ahead of schedule. The Winter Park Lodging team was helpful and prompt in responding to my questions before arriving and while there. A great location and a great experience!

    This was a great condo for our group of six guys from all over the country. It was beautiful, well stocked, and everything was top-of-the-line. The space is awesome as you have many separate bedrooms but also a very functional living room/bar/kitchen dining area. It would be fine for many more people than what we had. It is a pet friendly unit so expect to find some pet hair here and there. The radiant heating made it a little difficult to cool it down to a good sleeping temperature especially upstairs. All of the units here at base camp require a pretty good hike through the trees and then up several flights of stairs to get to the ski corridor. You will be winded by the time you get there. But it does not require any driving or a shuttle, which is nice. We did find a little spot to ski through the woods on the way back home and directly to the house. The kitchen was fabulous. Best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. Top of the line everything. Smart TV in living room is high end with all apps needed along with a cranking Sonos sound set up. All in all we had a fantastic stay. Very cool location and beautiful property!

    Great townhome in Winter Park. Close to the ski slopes. Place was exactly as described and perfect for our late spring ski trip. This was the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. The place was everything you could want in a stay - front the outfitted kitchen to the personal items in the bathroom. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful location. We will definitely be back!

    Went up for labor day weekend. Home was perfect for 3 couples and very well stocked for people who like to cook. Within walking distance to the slopes and close to town. Loved all the fireplaces. Would definitely return.

    We had a great time and would stay again. Be ready for hundreds of steps a day, moving around inside the home and getting to the corridor involves lots of stairs.

    This home was perfect! The location is only about a 10 min easy walk to Winter Park Village. There is also a shuttle available at the Iron Horse Resort (next door property) that you can catch for free. This property has EVERYTHING!!! We utilized all 4 bedrooms. Each room has their own designated bathroom with plenty of towels, soap, etc.... The kitchen has all the amenities that are needed. We forgot our crockpot but the property had it!!! The pantry cabinet included coffee, filters, olive oil, spices and foil paper. Plenty of trash bags and paper towels. We stayed right after Thanksgiving and to our surprise, a Christmas Tree was also provided. This property has everything that it claims to have. The jacuzzi is cleaned out between renters, which is FANTASTIC! One last thing I'd like to mention that was important to me, is that Winter Park Lodging Company was awesome!!! They were excellent in their communication, response time and flexibility. They have the option of texting which was super convenient!! Wonderful experience!!!!
