The Space:
Thereare four generous bedrooms. The master has a Queen bed and ensuite, second bedroom has Queen bed and two further bedrooms have two singles in each, sleeping a total of 8 people. There are two living areas, and a family bathroom.

Guest Access:
The entire house is available for tenants. The garage is not accessible to tenants and remains locked.

Barwon Heads is a delightful coastal village located at the mouth of the Barwon River, 22 kilometres south-east of Geelong, and just across the river from its twin beachside town, Ocean Grove. Both are extremely popular coastal resorts offering beautiful beach holiday rentals, magnificent surf beaches on the doorstep of Bass Strait, safe family-friendly beaches along the river, unlimited sporting choices, and bustling town centres with every shopping and dining option you need.
