When we arrived, the house was clean and easy to access. Very comfortable and spacious. We cooked and made meals in the huge kitchen and on the outside grill, the entire week. We (adults) entertained nightly on the roof top, great space for a wine down after dark or private mediation at sunrise! It was fabulous!”

Kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and dinnerware for a large crowd. Beautiful pool with outdoor kitchen, refrigerator. Family Room has full view of pool, which is a great design for kids to be seen. Elevator is great for seniors. Rooftop has great scenic view of area, and nice space for a party. This bunk suite connects to a media and hangout area and an additional Twin/Twin bunk space, creating a fun, private getaway for the younger crowd. The remaining three king suites on this floor mirror the upscale design found throughout the home, each with elegant finishes and private bathrooms; one of these suites includes a tub and shower combination. A second washer and dryer is also located on the third floor, adding extra convenience for larger groups and extended stays.

*Beach Towels: Rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.

*Beach Service: Complimentary Beach Service Available From Property March 1st - October 31st! This includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9 AM-5 PM! (Starting the day after arrival)

*Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $125/day or $875/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay, Spa IS Controlled Separately from Swimming Pool. Spa ONLY heat can be purchased for $50 per day/$350 per week starting May 1st -October 1st ONLY. Please contact office to add this to your reservation.

*Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses.

*VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

*Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

* WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $250 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum
