This is beach front living at it's best! Three bedrooms, 2 baths, and a laundry room. Three full bedrooms; one with a king bed and master bath, another with a queen bed, and the third bedroom with 4 bunk beds. The house sleeps 8 and has beds for 8. All bedrooms have HDTV and DirecTV.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025We loved our stay at Barney's Beach House! We were looking for a spot that would be easy with our dogs, and we couldn't have found a better place. The back stairs that go down directly into the fenced yard was perfect. There were no grass burrs in the fenced yard, which can be a problem in Boliver. The house was cute and clean, and the access to the beach was very easy. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for a week, and wished we could've stayed longer! Adrianna was extremely easy to communicate with and super friendly on top of that! We will definitely want to stay here again!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024It was as described and it was a good location. The only complaint I had was the bedding did not appear clean as there were drool stains on the pillow cases. Other than that it was a nice property

Stayed Oct 6, 2023This place has everything you would need and more. Plenty of towels and bedding. The set up is perfect for kids to run and play on the wrap around porch. Beautiful views inside and out Thehost is very accommodating and responds very quickly to emails or texts.

Stayed Jul 29, 2023We keep coming back to stay at Barney's. I have lost track of how many times we have visited. The house is always clean and kept up to date. You are only steps away from the beach on the quiet end of the peninsula. And, the large porch is great for lounging. The owner is very responsive and the house is stocked with anything that you might need.

Stayed Jul 5, 2023We were pleasantly surprised by this house. It was perfect! Not only for us but our 2 Labs as well. The house is cozy and charming. Clean and well decorated. The beach access could not have been any better! The host/owner was very nice and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back!

Stayed Jul 12, 2023We brought our 2 year old and golden retriever for a few days to Barney’s beach house. The location is right off the beach, the home was amazing and the backyard was fenced in so it was perfect for our dog. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back.
