Barnegat Light (LBI) Ocean Front Home -

we've stayed here before. absolutely love the place.

This is our second year at the property and we love the cozy house and location. We would like to stay again in 2026!

Location, location, location!

The location is wonderful. The mattresses need to be replaced. The property could be a lot cleaner. The windows need to be washed so that the view can be appreciated.

We had a fantastic week at this location, house was beautifully secluded on the beach in Barnegat light, plenty of space for our family of 4, clean and comfortable. Great backyard sand area for young kids to play and 2 decks to hang out on for hanging out and watching sunsets. Highly recommend!

Our family so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It is well appointed and ideally located—only a tram ride to the beach. We sat on the two decks daily, and my grandson enjoyed playing in the sand in the backyard. The spacious living room accommodated our extended family easily. Thanks, Erin, for responding to us quickly when we had questions. We had a great stay in your lovely home!

The house is very cozy in a beautiful location. The walking trails to the beach were fun to explore. It was quiet and relaxing.

Our 3 generation family of 10 loved this house. The soft sand yard wraps around the house and up a small hill and the kids loved playing in it. It is very private so they could be as loud as they wanted. The living room is huge so even when all of us were in it there was room to spare. Easy walk or tractor ride to the beach. Eating and relaxing on the decks was wonderful. We hope to go back next year.

We enjoyed this property very much. The kids ran around the yard and played in the sand. We all went for ice cream at Poppy’s every evening. Great location. Walked to lighthouse, the park for kids and some local stores. Beach was easily accessible. All around good time!

Outdoor decks and nature preserve feeling incredible. Close to all the town has to offer. Bike or drive! Breezes and whitecap views on the back deck amazing! Tram to take you to and from beach runs 10 to 5!! Great for older relatives or those with walking issues.

This is not our first trip to BL or this property, so it's definitely a place we enjoy returning to as often as we can. The location is perfect- privacy from surrounding houses, close beach access, and all the BL shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house is clean and well-equipped. I mention the AC breaking ONLY to highlight the owner's response, communication and attention to our needs until the unit was replaced. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating and attentive to the awkwardness and discomfort of the situation. A good time was had by all anyway! Great place and highly recommended!

We spent two weeks in this wonderful property and it couldn't have been more perfect. The location is superb, with a deck overlooking the dunes and a short walk to the beach. After a minor hiccup at check-in communication with the host was easy and we found everything clean and in good working order. The street is tranquil and there are a few restaurants and small shops in walking distance. It's ideal for families and children, and we are definitely thinking of coming back.

After not having rented on LBI since 2009, we had a wonderful vacation on this property! Erin, the owner, was always easy to reach for questions; easy 5 mins walk to the beach; quiet/secluded location; excellent air conditioning, very clean; good amenities. Really appreciated Erin's responsiveness in quickly solving a hornets issue on the deck. There were a number household items that could really use updating/improving for a more comfortable, user friendly experience and Erin appreciated the feedback. Overall, a great house and beach location on LBI!

This is our second year staying here and it truly is our favorite place. A true LBI hidden gem. We originally found this house because we were in search of something pet friendly in Barnegat Light. We were so surprised when we arrived and saw the beautiful location and views from the back deck. The owner is always friendly and communicative and this house has everything you could need. Restaurants, shops, the beach, and the beautiful light house are all within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here whether you are solo, a couple or a family. We can’t wait to go back!
