Stayed Aug 10, 2024We enjoyed staying at this house very much! Loved sitting out in the comfortable couches on the front deck and the layout of the house was perfect for our family. We loved the upstairs bedroom and sitting room with a TV. It was very quiet and private. The other 3 bedrooms were perfect for my married daughters and their husbands. We had a great week! Although the walk to the beach was a bit far, it was quiet and not crowded. Very peaceful! The owner Samantha, was great to communicate with and helpful when I had questions for her.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024This house has so many accommodations for all ages which we appreciated - appliances, games, books, beach chairs/toys/equipment. The layout gave us all plenty of room to spread out. Our host reached out before and at the end of our stay. Very conveniently located to grocery, Viking Village and easy walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this house to families. Clean sheets on beds and towels were helpful. Being located on Central Avenue was not as much of an issue with traffic noise as we thought it would be. We felt the cleanliness of floors and tops of tables, dressers etc throughout was lacking. Floors could have been swept better and kitchen floor spot cleaned. Overall we enjoyed this house very much!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This house is large and very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen, lots of games. Kids toys and books, plenty of beach accessories. All of the outdoor space was an added plus!

Stayed Jun 29, 2024This is our 2nd year staying at this home and we will definitely continue renting every year for years to come! Incredible space for families of all sizes and ages! Kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms and baths have all of the essentials you need - Samantha has thought of everything!! Walking distance to Whites, Viking Village and the 20th Street beach. You will not be disappointed!!!!
