Stayed Oct 10, 2025Amazing accommodations. We held a small family memorial celebration and the owner couldn’t have been more accommodating. The property was perfect, comfortable and beautiful views.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025Very clean and in a nice little town.Good view of the small lake behind, and plenty of space in the yard for setting up some games (cornhole, flag golf, etc.)The listing said only one bed (maybe I read it wrong) but it has 2 couches and two beds.

Stayed Apr 26, 2024The property was as advertised. Large space for entertaining and one very large bedroom with two beds. Property is beautiful. The house sits on two ponds with wildlife around the property. the day of our visit. We were under a tornado watch and the owner, Tanner. Offered us to come stay in his home, which is located right next-door in case the weather got bad. Located just 30 minute drive from Northwest Missouri State. It was a great location for us considering the amount of people staying in Maryville for the graduation.

Stayed Sep 23, 2023Tanner was very responsive whenever I had a question. He was super accommodating to my early check in as well! The barn was very spacious! My husband and I were shocked how large it was when we entered. The space was described perfectly. One thing I would suggest is to maybe add a portable fan for the downstairs. When we first arrive it was a bit warmer than we are used to but very manageable that we didn’t need to reach out to Tanner. I’m not sure if warmer months would be warmer in there though. Over all, I would recommend this rental!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We stayed at this location because one of our sons was getting married there. There were 3 beds, comfy couch, full kitchen and lots of space to entertain.
