Barn Apartment Knoxville

Beautiful property with responsive host. Only downside was a steep rutted driveway to guesthouse. Bring your 4 wheel drive.

Everything was great, just be aware of the step driveway.

Pet friendly and nice location right on the River. Driveway needs an SUV to get to barn and water pressure was low at best. Everything else was great!

My husband, kids (12 & 15), and I had a wonderful stay. Property was quiet and private, yet 15-20 min from all the activities we had planned. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and the property had everything we needed.

This was a wonderful location. The host family made us feel so welcome. The views were spectacular especially in the morning with fog hanging over the river and the sun rising over the trees.

Quiet stay-over passing thru Knoxville. Relaxing overall stay and comfortable bed. Close and easy access to I-40. Will stay there again!

The barn apartment was perfect for our visit to Knoxville. The property is beautiful and quiet (right on the river), and an easy drive to downtown. The owners are delightful and the property manager easy to work with. We would happily stay here again!

Loved our stay here. It was short and sweet but so quaint and private. The view was incredible and the hosts were exremely friendly. Would definitely stay here again for a longer time.

Omg! I LOVED staying here! Just steps to water, owners were there if I needed anything. We even did fireworks on 4th! So friendly. I won’t have to search for a place next visit. Cuz I found a little piece of heaven here! See you soon Tina-

It was great waking up every morning and enjoying a cup of coffee while watching the river. Our yellow lab loved taking dips in the river and chasing the ball in the wide open field around the barn.

This was a perfect stay for us. We had a soccer tournament and location, size and beautiful veiw of the river was amazing to wake up to. We will definitely be back for next years tournament!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! It was perfect for our family of three and our dog. Our son had a great time playing by the river and catching fireflies at night. The barn was cozy and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return soon!
