ABOUT THE HOME: Step into this coastal oasis featuring hues of grey, taupe and white to provide a luxurious and calming setting to relax and unwind. Step inside and be met with 10' ceilings and a bright open-concept. Three King ensuite bedrooms provide the perfect amount of privacy for those who want to escape for an afternoon nap. The chef in your family will love the kitchen fully equipped with granite and stainless appliances.

ABOUT THE AREA: Prominence South is a charming coastal community nestled between Seagrove Beach and Alys Beach and just 20 minutes to Pier Park. The community features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Residents will enjoy easy access to a beautiful town center, 5,000 square foot resort style pool. In the heart of Prominence is The Big Chill (formerly the Hub), a family hot spot for dining, shopping and entertainment, featuring an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen which streams major sporting events, movies as well as features live music on their very own stage.

BEACH ACCESS:
Deer Lake State Park: This state park is roughly 1/2 mile from Prominence. There is an entry fee of $3 per vehicle (2 to 8 passengers) or $2 per pedestrian, bicyclist, and extra passengers. There is a long scenic boardwalk that brings you from the parking lot to the beach and is a five-to-ten-minute walk. Beach service is not provided here.

Walton Dunes: located 2.5 miles from the Prominence area, Walton Dunes is an easily accessible beach entrance! Unlike Deer Lake, there are no stairs/ramps and you can walk right up to the beach. You take a left at Lakewood Drive and follow the curve until you see the parking lot for cars/golf carts. Beach service is the only amenity provided.

Santa Clara: located 3.5 miles away and is ADA accessible, has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located on Scenic 30A, 1/2 mile east of Scenic 395, turn south on Bramble Grove Place.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    House was great and rooms were perfect for our family. Shows a little wear from being a rental but that can be remedied. Only disappointment was the 5 cup coffee maker with only an on/off switch. That needs to be upgraded. But overall, the house was great and we would stay there again.

    Everything was perfect. Girls at 30a beach girls were very attentive and communicated the entire stay. House was set up perfect for our needs and was very relaxing. It was the perfect location for walking to restaurants and shops at big chill. Golf cart made getting to the beach very simple. The free bonfire was very fun, kids and adults. Will put it on our must stay again when there again.

    Family getaway! The house and its amenities were beautiful and so enjoyable for our entire family, house was spotless and organized. Our group included young children, teenagers and adults. 30a beach girls was very helpful and thoughtful. They left us an amazing gift box and the bonfire night was fun. We felt right at home and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and amazing pool!

    Our affection for this house knows no bounds! This marks our second delightful stay here, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The house provided ample comfort for our large family, boasting all the amenities we could possibly desire. The inclusion of a golf cart and bikes made transportation effortlessly enjoyable—whether cruising to Seaside daily on the cart or riding the bikes to the beach. Special kudos to Jada, Hollie, and Joy, who proved to be outstanding hosts. They not only answered all our queries but also exhibited incredible accommodation throughout our stay.     This was our best vacation to date. This management group goes above and beyond. We had the free bonfire, an included golf cart, groceries delivered. House was immaculate, beautifully decorated. We can't wait to return. Thank you 30a BeachGirls for the best vacation!
