The lower level rec room hasa pool table and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator and offers more indoor fun. No need to worry about carrying luggage and groceries upstairs this home offers an elevator with access to all levels.

The beautiful beaches in Ocean Hill are only 700 feet away, so enjoy some sun, surfing, walking or just relaxing. You are within driving distance to many of our local restaurants, unique shops, and many family-friendly outdoor activities.
