Perfect guest house for my solo road trip up to Seattle to visit family. I was looking for a place with a secure parking spot and found this gem! Very quiet, safe, and clean. The A/C was great in the hot summer weather. Thank you for putting so much love and energy into the perfect guest house. My only regret is not checking out the rest of Eugene! I will need to have a proper visit next time. :)

This is the perfect place in Eugene. It is quiet, safe, and beautiful. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and considerate. It is especially good for those with sensitivities to fragrance or with environmental allergies. The design makes it restful and peaceful.

What a beautiful, well maintained, and eco-friendly property. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back if we are ever in Eugene again. Amy & Jason provided everything needed- essential supplies, detailed instructions, and good communication. We got in very late - they were able to accommodate us, left the porch light on, and even made the sofa bed so I could hop right in. Thank you!!

This vrbo is the cleanest, most attractive vrbo property we have stayed in. The gated entry and roomy front area assure privacy. Top of the line appliances. Excellent instructions in an info-filled notebook. Loved the chocolare bar and coffee! Nice touch!

This home is better than advertised - super clean, comfortable and cozy with everything needed for a relaxing stay. It's a short walk to Friendly Street Market and The Garden on Friendly (craft beer and food trucks). Super quiet and peaceful location. Amy and Jason were great hosts with very easy check-in/check-out process. Highly recommend this home for a stay in Eugene.

What a fantastic little gem! You can easily tell that the owners put so much thought and intention into designing and building the space. It was perfectly outfitted for my husband and me plus our teen. The sofa bed is a brilliant design and actually comfortable, the kitchen has everything you might want for a weekend or even a week away, the space is incredibly private and quiet. And the personal little touches made us feel cared for. We will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here several times now. It is a great location (5-10 mins from U of O). A quiet neighborhood, spotless house and amazing hosts.
