Stayed Jun 27, 2025We checked in and found cockroaches everywhere. The floors are unstable and we had no towels. I reached out to the owner multiple times and we had to end up renting another place and moving there after we checked in and couldn’t get a response.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025We originally booked this property but because of a few hiccups with the property, we didn’t stay past the first day. However, the home was beautifully decorated and just how it appears in the pictures. The property management team was amazing and very easy to work with.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024This property is really sweet! The outside appearance leaves a little to be desired, but the inside is cozy, clean, and functional. It has a modern beachy vibe. The neighborhood is quiet, but it is walking and biking distance from fun.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Came to tybee for Thanksgiving… House was great and has all you need.. Great location.. we cooked in one night and did breakfast most mornings.. We walked to the Tybee holiday market and lighting of the tree.. Was a great time and the house and communication with the host was good.!! Definitely would re rent Themis spot again…
