Stayed Jun 27, 2025The location was perfect and the home itself very nice. What needs improvement is whoever does the cleaning there. The floors were not vacuumed, especially the kitchen crumbs everywhere next to the rug. The rugs in the bathrooms could have used laundering. The cleaner did not empty the garbage cans when done cleaning. There was drywall dust still on the kitchen counter near the stovetop. Frig could have used a good cleaning. The counters in the kitchen were wiped down but left the residue on the counter. Kitchen sinks were not cleaned thoroughly. The vacuum in the closet needed emptying. For the amount of money charged for cleaning, your cleaner needs to do a more thorough job.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024We stayed for a half marathon in Ashland. The door handle has some crazy deal that stumped my hub for quite a while--who started in the hotel business in maintenance. We finally got it around nine... Only to have our call returned at ten... On the night before a race. :( In the morning we struggled with the cook top too long and I had to eat PBJ before the race. Tile floors and bathroom could've been cleaner. But as a previous hotel inspector I'm pretty picky! I suggest better info in the binder to help guests and people should know in advance that the only TV is in one bedroom. Lots of construction, but great location!
