Baleares. House with pool 6 pers. Next to the sea, the beach and trade

We (40 yr old female with my husband, sister and mother) stayed here for a week and we loved EVERY second of trip! The upstairs master suite was perfect and the balcony is such a gorgeous view!!! The pool and backyard was such a lovely place to relax. The neighborhood was quiet but easy to walk to get a small supermarket. The best part of this location is Cala en Brut!!!! It is legit 2 min walk and just such a lovely spot to jump and swim around each day. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We loved it and would absolutely stay again! Communication with host was excellent and she was so helpful with many of my Menorca-related questions!

The villa is light and spacious, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor area is lovely and a real pleasure to occupy. It's situated just a short walk from a fantastic swimming spot. There's a very friendly little shop just round the corner and it was easy to park outside. Veronique was quick to respond to any queries we had and the check-in process was smooth. We had a great holiday. Thank you.

My wife and me have been there with two kids in the age of 15. We all enjoyed the beautiful house, the modern pool, the nice garden, and the area around. From the terrace at the first floor we loved the view on the Mediterranean Sea in the morning. The house and the kitchen is very well equipped. Much more than we need. Once we grilled lamb on big gas-grill to perfection. On the other evenings we visited very good restaurants in the area, or in Ciutadella, just 10 minutes away by car, and also in other regions on the island. The first beach is just 5 minutes to walk, another Insta-Spot for swimming is just 10 minutes away. But there are much more beautiful beaches just 20-30 minutes away. From the man, who welcomes us and who shows as the house, we got great recommendations for sightseeing, beaches and restaurants. He was always on our disposal if necessary. The villa is in a very quiet residential area very close to the beach and shops. The pool is amazing after being out in hot weather. Thank you will be booking again.

We have stayed in many different villas This one was excellent. All the rooms are good and we especially liked the private garden and pool. Shop nearby for provisions, beaches and bars too. We elected to walk to Ciuetedella many evenings ..around 40 mins..but there is a bus. The only issue to know is bring noise cancelling headphones. The garden whilst private adjoins many others and we had 2 villas full of young people playing very loud music. The owners do tell you that's not permissible but as tourists from the UK we did not feel comfortable advising our Spanish neighbours. Overall however would really recommend. Lovely for families. Might be noisy if you are a couple looking for peace and quiet.

We spent a wunderful week in this house. The communication with Veronique was excellent and very pleasant. The contact to Joan (the local contact) was also very good. The house is equipped with everything you need, very clean and has a certain charm. The swimming pool and the garden are brand new. We really enjoyed that.The location of the house is ideal. 300m to the small beach with the wonderful Pirates bar in a huge palm garden. We can highly recommend the house.
