Stayed Feb 12, 2026This will be a very nice place to stay once they finish developing it. Right now it has a very not quite ready for action feel. (There are still price tags on all the windows!) The kitchen is missing many essential parts, such as a dish drainer, enough coffee cups for 6 people, actual glasses, basic staples like cooking oil, sugar, etc. The bathrooms need bath mats and more towels. The bedrooms need dressers or at least suitcase stands. The devices - entry code, TV, alarm, heater... need instructions. And the heater kept waking us up at 4 am by blasting at 80 degrees. We had to turn it off completely!The yard is great for a dog (once they cover the gap in the fence.) House was very clean. Neighborhood is pleasant. With a little more work this could be a great place to stay!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025The inside of the house is remodeled. Bathrooms were walk in, which we appreciated. Walls were clean. Couch was comfortable. Beds were soft and comfortable. Kitchen was supplied with necessities. There wasn't extra Kitchen bags so the the garbage is not contained like we like it because we needed to reuse the trash can bag. Pet friendly place. The yard in the back was enough for the dog to do her business. I wouldn't leave her back there unsupervised because of the space between gate and house where she can escape. The sun beaming on the front door will cause the door to swell up and make it difficult to open.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024We enjoyed our stay here. We did experience a few issues—probably due to it being recently renovated. The factory stickers are still on the windows and dishes, and a price tag is still on at least one piece of furniture. The heater temp dropped to 58 a couple of times, but the property manager took care of it. The high door sweep between the master bedroom and bathroom is a tripping hazard. The outdoor garbage bin was overflowing with packing materials, leaving no space for our trash. There is no dishwasher. Regardless, I highly recommend this VRBO.
