Bahama Behms HEATED Pool House by the Marina

This property was so beautiful and perfect for our family of four. Our boys (6&10) didn’t go a single day without enjoying the pool. They loved being lizard finders during our stay. My personal favorite thing was the shower! The neighborhood bird was also an amazing experience for all of us! We had a slight issue with the air conditioning during our stay, but Ashlee went above and beyond to fix it for us and even offered to come install a window unit if we were too uncomfortable. She sent us a little treat for the inconvenience which was so sweet! Loved how close it was to some delicious eats as well! I 100% see us coming back here in the future. We love it!

Everything was as expected and pictured. We had a wonderful time visiting family. We hosted Easter dinner. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. It was great to have a few essentials when we checked in.

House was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4! Our week stay was amazing with lots of things to do nearby and would totally book again!

No dishwasher, no washer/dryer, 1 tv, no tv in any bedroom, no mention of cameras until after paid/booked, Location was great though.

We had a lovely time here. The kids enjoyed the pool. The adults enjoyed the reclining couch and large tv with Netflix access. Ashley was a very responsive host!

Nice little place for my family of 4! It was my husband, our 15 year old and our 16 month old who stayed here. It was perfect for us! The kids loved the pool! My only concern was with my toddler and how low the TV was (not kid friendly). He kept wanting to go push/pull on it and it's a big tv. Obviously we didn't let him do that. But that's something that I should have checked by the pictures and should've communicated with the owner. Speaking of the owner, she was very kind and very responsive. We enjoyed our little getaway! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your property!

We needed a place to stay for easter near family in New Port Richey and this was perfect. My kids enjoyed the pool area and the big living room and sectional was perfect for a pizza and movie night with family. The futon was not comfortable for my teen but the sofa was fine instead. Ashley had the place stocked with everything we needed and Walmart was nearby for anything else. I highly recommend Whisky River and Roberts Smokin BBQ to eat! The pool could've been cleaner, but we skimmed out as much as we could and cleaned some cobwebs from the lanai and it was still enjoyable. Thank you Ashley for all the extra touches for your guests. We hope to be back!

Our stay was awesome. The pool was great, nice and clean place. We could walk to one local bar/restaurant and that was nice. Several other places were nearby. We totally enjoyed this area and this place!

We had a great stay here. The check in was easy and Ashlee always replied promptly to our text's. The house was very clean. It had new fridge, stove, grill and beds which were comfortable. We found it well equipped for our stay and the A/C worked great. Lots of nice restaurants' on the river close by. From the upscale Catches Waterfront Grille to the local Crab Shack with live music and don't miss Robert's Smokin' BBQ's seniors special. Close to the town of New Port Richey well worth checking out. We rented a pontoon boat from Sunset Landing Marine and had a great day cruising up the river. We had a great stay here and were very happy with our host Ashlee. We are looking forward to are stay next year

We enjoyed Christmas new year's week in area that had lots to do and plenty of restaurants in walking distance.
