The Space:

Picture this: the kids are racing between the pickleball court and the mini golf course, someone is floating under the triple waterfall, and the grill is already sizzling. Welcome to our sprawling Chandler, Arizona retreat, a 4-bedroom, 2-bath home that sleeps 13 and was made for groups who love to play!

Inside: Whip up big breakfasts in the fully stocked chef's kitchen, with stainless appliances, a large island for everyone to pull up a stool, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Sink into the living room's plush sofa and egg chair, or get cozy in the media room with the electric fireplace glowing and a record spinning. The game room keeps the friendly rivalry going with a pool table, shuffleboard, an arcade game, and a stack of board games.



Outside: This backyard is the star of the show! Soak in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit under the stars, fire up the BBQ for patio dinners, and take on ping pong, foosball, tetherball, cornhole, giant Connect 4, and ladder toss. The little ones get their own playset and teepee tent, and a high chair and Pack 'n Play are ready for your tiniest travelers.



Perfect for families, friend groups, and spring training or WM Phoenix Open crews who want nonstop fun back at the house. With 2 bathrooms for up to 13 guests, a little morning shower planning goes a long way.

Guest Access:

The whole home and backyard are yours to enjoy! The only off-limits spot is a locked owner's closet.



The Neighborhood:

You're tucked into a quiet north Chandler neighborhood right where Chandler, Tempe, and Mesa meet, which puts you in a prime spot for Arizona's biggest spring events!



Spring training: Three Cactus League ballparks are within about 20 minutes: the Cubs at Sloan Park, the Angels at Tempe Diablo Stadium, and the Athletics at Hohokam Stadium. The Giants at Scottsdale Stadium are about 20 to 25 minutes away, and the Diamondbacks and Rockies at Salt River Fields are about 25 to 30 minutes out. Catch an afternoon game, then come home for a swim and a pickleball rematch!



WM Phoenix Open: TPC Scottsdale and its famously rowdy 16th hole are about 30 to 40 minutes away, so you can soak up the Greatest Show on Grass and still unwind in the hot tub that night.



Food & drink: Casual favorites, coffee spots, and grocery stores are all within about 5 to 10 minutes, and downtown Chandler's lively restaurant and patio scene is roughly 15 minutes away.



Shopping: Major shopping centers in Chandler, Tempe, and Mesa are about 10 to 20 minutes away.



Things to do: Tempe Town Lake and the ASU area are about 20 minutes out, beautiful desert hiking trails are within about 30 minutes, and golf courses are sprinkled all around the area.



Getting here: Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 20 to 25 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are easy to catch throughout the area, which comes in handy on game days and tournament days!



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore the Valley, and the driveway fits up to 3 vehicles. Street parking isn't permitted, so if your crew is bringing more than 3 cars, a little carpooling will keep everything running smoothly. On big game days and during WM Phoenix Open week, plan a little extra drive time.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.



Guests must be 25 or older to book this property.



Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, so everyone (neighbors included) gets a great night's sleep.



This property is 100% smoke-free.



No pets allowed.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.



An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



The teepee tent takes a summer break from July through September due to extreme heat and monsoon season.



Arizona storms can blow in fast, especially during monsoon season! If a recent storm leaves the pool or hot tub needing a little TLC (debris, cloudy water, or anything that seems off), please reach out to us and we'll get our pool and spa team out to take care of it.

GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
