Backyard Paradise resort home minutes to the strip!

Overall, this is a great house that comfortably accommodates large groups. We were a party of 15, and everyone enjoyed the stay. The location is quiet, close to the Strip, and very convenient for going out and exploring.One thing we particularly appreciated was how well the house worked for a large group. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably while still having enough privacy when needed. The common areas, pool, and outdoor spaces made it easy to spend quality time together, and the house matched the photos and description in terms of size and overall atmosphere.We did encounter a few minor issues upon arrival. The previous guests had left fast-food bags in the pantry, smoking products and dirty clothes behind one of the tubs. We were also surprised to find only 12 shower towels in a house advertised to accommodate up to 18 guests. In addition, some outdoor amenities needed attention or setup, like the hammocks and outdoor games.While these issues did not significantly impact our stay and were easy enough to work around, they were unexpected for a luxury marketed house. That said, the management team responded very quickly when we contacted them. They promptly sent a cleaning crew, provided additional fresh towels, and resolved our issues.After that, the rest of our stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great property for large group with responsive management. Don’t hesitate to reach out to them if you need assistance during your stay.

Beautiful house with a massive fenced in yard that has a sandy area, manicured grass in parts, multiple outdoor games in places, hammocks and the crown jewel is the pool.The pool has a lazy river, grotto, slide, Baja ledge and a connected hot tube.Bathrooms, kitchen and fixtures are all lux & modern. Bedrooms are spacious. Everything was fabulous.

We had 5 couples and there was more than enough room for everyone. We enjoyed the back yard quite a bit. Location was great for us and not too far from the strip.

Great host great house

Great place to stay with room for everyone. Hot tub was a hit and we could not have asked for a better host. If you are looking for a place to satisfy a large group of people, this is it!

Amenities were very poorly maintained. Way too much money for this listing!

The house could use a little TLC but it was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the manager. Be aware you need to text her to turn on the pool and spa but she was very prompt in turning then on.

We enjoyed the outdoor space and the indoor living space was great for our family! Host was very communicative and responsive when I would reach out for anything necessary. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

House had plenty of space and close to airport and main drag. Great outdoor space.

Although we had a few household problems the host was easily accessible and addressed all the issues in a very timely manner. That made for a very pleasant stay. This was a golf trip for 8 guys. Location was great. Close to the airport and within 20 minutes of all the courses we played. Probably won’t be back to Vegas but if we were we would stay here again.

Nice size and great for a group of 9 men attending a conference.

Good time

We had a great time staying at Wendy’s property in Vegas. The house was beautiful and just as described in the VRBO listing. We had 14 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone! Our favorite part was the gorgeous backyard; there was plenty to do between mini golf, pool, spa, and fire pit. The only thing we really had a complaint about was maintenance coming before 8am on our checkout day. They were extremely loud outside and we were unable to enjoy our last few hours. We rent 3-4 large properties a year for our friends and family and had a couple suggestions.. • The outdoor area gets extremely dark at sunset and couldn’t really be enjoyed after 6pm. We suggest adding some extra lights. We did purchase some candles for the outdoor dining area and left them for the next guests to enjoy. •Consider having lawn care/maintenance come later on checkout day. There is plenty of time after we checked out when they could’ve came. •Every house we’ve ever stayed in has a binder or packet with check in / check out directions or suggestions on things to do in the area. We had no direction for checkout or anything else. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s property and had a fabulous time in Las Vegas. Thanks for being such great hosts!

we really enjoyed our 4 night stay with our large family to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. the front gates are a bit tricky but the accommodations were great with many bedrooms snd baths for all 16 of us - the pool was fabulous and kids had a blast with the pool, putting green, ping pong and a game room
