Nice property with ample space for a large group. I celebrated my bachelors trip in Arizona and this property was a great choice!

We enjoyed our stay in this family friendly home. The swimming pool and theater were highlights for the kids.

My husband and I took our kids and grandkids to AZ. as a present and spent a week together. I wanted a place big enough so we wouldn't be in each other's business. We were 10 adults with 9 children and a baby. Overall, the property was big. The house was spacious. Lots of room for everyone, The beds were really comfortable. Kids enjoyed the theatre room also. After hiking in the morning, the kids couldn't wait to get back to the house to play in the pool. The slide in the pool was a hit. We really enjoyed the backyard, spent a lot of time out there playing pickleball, basketball, watching NFL on the TV. We even bought wood and had fire a couple of nights in the firepit. The host was outstanding. They responded to whenever we had a question or needed anything.

Our week with family was amazing and with all the football to be watched the theater room was just perfect. The back yard did not disappoint. The weather was wonderful and we spent much time out there. The house was very spacious and with Thanksgiving Dinner we had plenty of room.

House was wonderful and accommodated the 4 couples and 5 year old and nanny. Lots of space. There was plenty of activities to do in outdoor areas. Media room was awesome for watching football and movies.

Amazing place for a group of friends to chill! So much to do with the pool, poker table, movie theatre! Definitely want to come back again!

Enjoyed the property, perfect for our father-son golf group

My group and I had 14 people (5 couples 4 singles) and it was perfect. Each couple had their own bed and then the singles got the bunk beds. Everything is laid out very well. We had the BEST time. We hired a hibachi chef to come cook and it did not disappoint. We had a blast!!

Amazing spot, we had 13 people in our group and we all enjoyed our time at the place. Highly recommend.

Spacious house with lots of room for 2 families to enjoy. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed the added amenities like slide, basketball & pickleball court. Beds were plentiful and comfy, really enjoyed!

Very nice house. The pool and slide were fun. I would recommend bringing an extra pool towel or two. There were NOT 7 bedrooms as listed. There were 6 bedrooms. There are two rollaway cots in one closet

We recently stayed at this property with a group of four families. Upon arrival, the interior of the home was very clean and well-kept however we did note that the images online do make the home look more current and less worn than it is in person. The exterior areas however—including the pickleball court, pool, spa, and surrounding spaces—appeared to have been completely overlooked in the cleaning process. Tables were dirty and sticky, there was food stuck to the pool deck, a dirty paper towel left on the stairs near the slide area, cigarette butts on the ground, a beer can on the pickleball court, and even glass shards in the gravel nearby.That said, the management team was incredibly responsive and helpful. Any time we needed extra supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, or dish soap, they delivered them quickly without hesitation. Once the pool vacuum was dropped off and the outdoor spaces were cleaned up, we were able to fully enjoy our time there.The space itself is great for up to three families. With four families, it was a bit tight in terms of bathrooms—one more ensuite would have made it perfect. Overall, once the initial issues were addressed, we had a wonderful stay and made some great memories.

It was such a great place to stay, close to all of our golf courses we played and food we wanted to eat! The pool and putting green were essential to our fun. The property manager was super helpful with giving us the tour and showing us the ropes, very professional set up and I would recommend staying here to any and everyone

Great amenities close to shopping and dining

The outdoor space was a huge amenity for our family's stay. The location is close enough to all the key attractions in Scottsdale, and with plenty of grocery and convenience stores within a 5-minute drive to the property. Plenty of room for a large group.

This home was perfect for a group of friends wanting a get away without kids. It would also be good for kids depending on age since the pool is deep. We had issues getting the iPad connected to the pool setting as it wouldn’t connect even with router resets.

We really liked this property. It’s located next to tons of grocery stores and other shops so stocking the kitchen was easy. The kids spent all day in the pool. The waterside is amazing, and the heater kept everything warm. The 3 master suites are huge and bigger than they look online. The other 3 bedrooms are smaller but still a good size. The kitchen was a bit small but worked for our group. Interior finishes weren’t super high end but were clean and functional and we spent most of our time outside. Would definitely stay again.

This place is awesome! Perfect for the weekend, 6 rooms, 3 with on-suite bathrooms. Very spacious and great backyard. Good location, close to a lot of things we wanted to do.

House is in need of a lot of simple updates. Wish we had given more consideration to a prior review of this property saying the same thing rather than thinking it was just an outlier review. Would not stay here again.
