Backyard Oasis + Private Pool + Walk to Downtown - Eastside Oasis!

Had an amazing time staying here, it was the perfect setup with the house and guest house to accommodate all of our family. The house is beautiful, the pool was great and we loved the local coffee shops, walked to target and Whole Foods often! We would stay here again!

The entire place was perfect for the small team meeting I was having. Very comfortable for 6 porple to stay with plenty of room.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had a “well-used” appearance inside and there could be some cleanliness improvements. The stains on the carpet are understandable, but unsightly. The location was great with access to 6th street, but there were some sketchy looking areas near by. For younger renters, these things would likely go unnoticed, but for our age and season in life, we value a little more comfort with a few more amenities. Overall, it was good, so please don’t take this as a criticism. It’s just feedback.

Home was perfect for my wife’s girls trip. All the women loved the location and cleanliness of the home. They will recommend this house to anyone visiting Austin.

Great property. Master bathroom drains were slow. Kitchen very well equipped but could use a non stick frying pan. I would recommend this house and I would rent it again

We stayed here for a girls trip and had a fantastic time. Renters club is very responsive and check in/check out was very easy. Home is walking distance to 6th street bars and a short drive to downtown. House was clean and had plenty of space for our group of 9.

Highly recommend this spot and Renter’s Club. The location is killer and the house is super well appointed. We had an issue with the AC in the back house and they fixed it immediately. Really appreciated the level of service from management.

This property was perfect for our trip. The outdoor area was nice and the living room was cozy. The house is also in a great location that is walking distance from 6th street. We enjoyed being able to wake up in the morning and grab coffee and breakfast tacos a block away.

Everything was great. Glad to be walking distance from downtown.

We had a great time. We had 11 people, so the king beds were shared. 15 minute walk to 6th and Rainey. Clean and nice - would do it again!

We had a group of 11 stay here for a bachelor trip. The house was exactly as advertised. It is in a great location, walking distance to everything the city has to offer. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Austin!

We had a group of 6 stay to enjoy downtown Austin and attend events at the convention center. The house is easily located and spacious for our group. They were very responsive when we had questions or an issue and resolved it easily.

We loved the property. It suited our needs. We did wish the front porch lights would work and the back area with the carriage house was a bit more secure given the neighborhood BUT we would return again.

Beautiful house, big clean rooms. Great for a big group of friends. Pool was nice during the hot days. Super close to everything. Would highly recommend!!

We had a girls weekend here and it was perfect. The house is situated very close to many good restaurants as well as target and Whole Foods. We even walked home from 6th street one night and it was an easy, safe walk. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is very nice and spacious. The rooms were all roomy and well appointed. It was perfect for our group. Like everyone on the reviews said, the separate apartment is separated from the house - you have to walk outside of the backyard gate in order to get to it - but it didn’t bother us. It is a very cute apartment and the person who stayed there appreciated it because she’s a light sleeper. The property manager was super quick to respond so no issues there. Overall, a great time in Austin and would definitely recommend the house for a big group.

We loved all the rooms especially the master bedroom and guest house were wonderful. Everything was very clean and functioning: microwave, coffee machine, ice maker in the freezer... I loved the dining room / kitchen eating area due to the openness and natural light.

Great stay at the Oasis, but the AC had some issued. When we arrived, the thermostat was set to 83 degrees and we could never get it down past 77. With the TX heat, it was a bit of an issue that we could not get the house cool enough. Ironically they ask you to set the thermostat to 76 when you check out, I guess the guests before us never did that, but it also cant apparently get to 76 anyways. No issues other than the AC, would stay again if the AC gets better!

Great house in a great location. The outside space was perfect and the pool was much needed for the 100° Texas heat in June. The whole process was very simple from booking to checkout.
