Backyard is the BEACH/Unique Beach House/Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay here and plan to return. There were 6 of us siblings between 61 and 77. It was great to be so close to the water! We loved the nostalgic decor and appreciated the warmth of the home. So many things reminded us of our parents and grandparents. Cloth napkins, all of the fully stocked kitchen, antique lamps, multiple pieces of furniture. The back patio was priceless. The weather was horrible and with that patio it didn’t matter. This home is a unicorn which we would highly recommend. The host was very responsive as well.

Location is excellent. We really enjoyed our time on the back patio. Beautiful beach and view. House was perfectly fine as beach houses go. We would definitely rent it again.

We had a few minor issues but the property manager was incredibly responsive. The beach view and sunsets were stellar. The location is fabulous and so convenient to everything.

The property was beautiful- it exceed our expectations from the pictures. You can’t beat the access to the beach- being 10 feet from the sand made it such a breeze to go to and from. Allen was very quick to respond to any texts and concerns!

This is such a great house! I'd been looking for an older house right on the beach in this area for several years, and so glad I found this one. It was perfect for my family and had everything we needed: a well stocked kitchen with wine cooler, brand new pack-n-play, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, etc (need to bring or rent your own beach umbrella if that's your thing). The beach was spacious and not crowded at all, and literally steps away from the house. There are lovely mature trees and loads of space for parking (rare in this area). The property seems to be maintained well by the property management company, and they proved to be fast and friendly responders whenever we needed something. I highly recommend this place - 6 out of 5 stars. And I will definitely be back!

This property offers a comfortable roomy stay with a breath taking view. We went with our five adult children a friend and two grandchildren. Everyone was extremely comfortable. The kitchen is a great size and the dining table size was also great. Plenty of space for everyone to visit but also allows for folks to congregate in different areas of the home-sitting area, den and beautiful porch. The AC works great. Washer and dryer were also wonderful.The blower was very handy as it allowed for very quick clean up of sand. We will definitely consider staying here again. The property managers were very easy to work with and communicated quickly.

Amazing house in awesome location

We had a great stay at Coquina. House was right on the beach with a porch that had amazing sunset views. House was clean upon arrival and the staff was responsive with respect to addressing a sliding glass door issue on our first night.

The Coquina house was a wonderful experience for our family and we hope to return for an annual stay. This unique house is lovely. Plenty of room for 3 couples and three older children. The kitchen and eating area was spacious, and there were plenty of kitchen tools, dishes, glasses, dish towels, etc. which made preparing meals very easy. The location was outstanding, as we were footsteps to the beach. We did our best to keep the sand from getting inside, and perhaps a hand-held vacuum would be a good idea to keep inside by the door. There was a rechargeable blower to use outside which did come in handy. There were plenty of towels provided, which was nice. We would recommend this property to any family or group. Just wonderful.

The house is in a great location for a week or weekend at the beach. While it's not a brand new house, it's full of character and charm. We had 8 adults stay for a long weekend and it was awesome! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a location in the area. We are looking to come back in the summer.

Whole family spent a week, and it was perfect. Amazing beach front setting. Gorgeous sunsets. House and out-buildings fit our family well and were all in great shape. House is such a classic. And walking to restaurants, brewery and store is so convenient and charming. A perfect week.

Fantastic location. The beach is just steps from the back porch. Great views of the sunset. Any issues with the property were promptly addressed by Alan. We were able to communicate easily with him throughout our stay. Would definitely book this property again.

The sunsets were beautiful over the ocean. So many places within walking distance. The house was everything we needed for a large group. Alan promptly answered any questions and was a pleasure to communicate with.

Great property and location!

This was our 2nd time staying at this house and we absolutely love it!! Hopefully we will be back next year!
