Back Bay Biloxi Bayou, Private Pool and Movie Room!

The property is in an awesome spot. It exceeded our expectations and the property owner was awesome to work with. The location is incredibly convenient and minutes from restaurants and the golf courses we played! We could relax out back by the pool and watch the sunset and truly disengage from everything! Highly recommend staying here!

Check in was great and kitchen had basicallywhat we needed. I always bring my knives and 2 pans to cook in just in case. Disappointed that the pool had tons of tears in the liner and was approximately 1 foot lower than what it should have been and the filter couldn’t filter anything. It was very dirty when we arrived. The owner shared that it was from a storm. The back patio on the second floor was all tarped up from a storm which made the patio unusable. I had to share with the owner that the weeds around the pool were bad. The lawn mowing people did come however because we were in the pool they didn’t take care of the weeds. I asked the pool guy when he came how long the liner had been torn and he said for awhile. I just think that if you are having people rent your home and the pool liner needed replaced, the owner should have communicated this to us or taken the time to replace it. It had obviously been torn for a very long time. This is a big factor when we rent a home for the week because we come for the pool and the ocean. We spoke to the owner about the issues above. He did send the mowers on Monday, the pool guy on Tuesday however these things should have been taken care of before I arrived without a call to the owner. I was paying for the presentation / pictures that were shown on the internet and shouldn’t have even had to text or call to address these issues after a 14 hour. Outside 2.5 stars and inside 5.

Owner has poor communcation with confirming rental and when the house were ready for us to enter. Check in was at 4pm I had to contact owner for confirm and information for us to enter the house that was at about 4:40pm. House has gnats threw out the house. We had to purchase raid to try and kill them. Pool need alot of maintenence work. House need to be updated threw out. Two of the bedrooms didn't have a TV in them. One of the bedroom window was sealed with black tape.

Brett was a great host. The house had ample space inside and out. Three bathrooms was a must - we were in town for a 12u softball tournament and had teammates over to swim and eat at various times throughout the week. We could see all kinds of fireworks.Parking out front was a little cramped - especially with the construction on the house across the street but it wasn’t terrible.

Great got big family, lots of space

Beautiful neighborhood. Loved being able to fish in the back yard. House and pool were in bad repair. Multiple contractors interupted us during our visit. Outside areas had junk against the wall. It could be beautiful.

Great location. We had an issue with the lock when we arrived, but Katie came over quickly and helped us get in right away. The kids had fun in the pool and did some fishing. Quick drive to the beach, casinos and shopping. Bought fresh fish at Desporte and walked around the shops in Ocean Springs.

As listed, good location, plenty of room.

The house was large and needed much updating. The lower rest room tub was a make-shift. Unuseable in our opinions. Three couples had much space but the pool area needed to be cleaned up and to be weeded. The cushions for the outdoor furniture was dispicable.

This house has everything we needed for our stay. The owners were so nice and made sure we had all we needed. I will most definitely be back. The view was perfect and the kids loved the pool.
