Stayed Jan 17, 20251. Hot water in bathroom sink had NO Handle! Easy fix.2. Put an extension cord onto outlet next to bed so that guests can easily charge their devices. (Plug closest to wall is loose).3. Put the TV on a mount that can swivel so that guests can still see TV while in kitchen/dinning.4. Front door knob sticks - bolt does not retract all the way, trapping guest.2.5/5 stars. Would be 4/5 if you'd fix these simple things.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024We did not have a great experience with this property for the following reasons:1. Once you pay for a stay, things should be EASY. Getting multiple emails from the property, signing an extensive agreement, having to upload personal information including a driver's license, and then being spammed with 'special offers' like additional nights, lift tickets, etc. is not easy.2. We figured the place would be small, but it would be better marketed as a tiny house. 3. One of the faucet handles was broken, the tv and cable were unplugged, and there was hair in the shower. Also, there was a very strong chemical smell from cleaning products.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We loved the coziness of the cabin. Not being familiar with BBL, we probably would have preferred to stay closer to the downtown area so we could walk to meals, etc. Two suggestions: ice cube trays and you might consider replacing the bed with a sofa bed so 2 people can comfortably watch the TV where it is currently mounted and there would be more walk-around room. It is also a little uncomfortable to watch tv in bed. Also, the battery needs to be changed in the clock. Does the lady door actually live there year-round?
