-Dogs ONLY are allowed if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 dogs max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Subject to availability.
- Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 nights in May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.

    Home was really nice and clean. We would stay her again. Close to down town Palm Springs. Took our adult kids to the tram which was super fun.Great dinners and shopping down town.

    This property is beautiful. The decor is perfection, the location is ideal. The perfect size for our group of two couples. We loved having two masters. Everything was perfectly perfect!

    Overall, very good. Only exception was the refrigerator and freezer malfunctioned while we were out. We returned to find water on the floor and a temperature of 74 degrees in both the fridge and freezer. Lost most food in the fridge and all frozen food in the freezer. You delivered a temporary refrigerator that was smaller and did not have a freezer. We greatly appreciated your same day response.

    This is a beautiful property with all of the amenities you'd want for a great family destination spot. There are two en suite bedrooms on opposite sides of the home which is great for two couples, and a third bedroom with its own bathroom (which can also be easily accessed by guests). The awesome outdoor living area adds to the feeling of spaciousness and privacy. It also really captures the mid-century modern vibe of the Palm Springs experience. The property manager was attentive and super responsive and made the experience very positive. So why the 4 stars? Three things. (and it would be a 5 star rating but for these things) One, the property is right under the flight path of the airport. If you don't like planes taking off over you, then this location might not be for you. The first plane took off about 6:30 a.m. or so. Two, the City of Palm Springs is super strict about playing music outside or making any kind of noise. We were warned by the property manager about that. The property can't do anything about these first two issues obviously because it's the City of Palm Springs and the airport is where it is. Three, and one thing the property manager does have control over: I specifically booked for a pet friendly property. My daughter has two cats that were coming and it was super important to us that she could bring her cats. However, when I confirmed about the cats a week before we were to arrive, I was advised that cats weren't welcome. One

    The property is fantastic: so luxurious and so well equiped. It's just fantastic. The owner and his team are what made it even more amazing. Sadly, we had a small accident during our stay but they were so responsive, thoughtful and efficient it put us at ease right away. Thank you again!

    Our party of five could not have been happier. We spent a majority of our time on the patio and near the pool. It was wonderful to have the outdoor dining area. Less than 10 minutes from downtown at the airport.
