Awesome Townhome Near Snowflake Lift-Short walk to Town!!

We had a wonderful stay in Justin’s place. Everything was cozy and comfy. What we loved is having our own garage, as our car was hit in another garage a few years back, a warm, dry place to store our gear and get ready for long ski days, and the distance to the Snowflake lift and town was perfect. We’ve already booked next years trip with Justin again!

Simply excellent. Everything was so thought out in the townhome. The garage was awesome: bench to put on ski boots, shelves for ski bags and ski rack to hang our skis. Extra blankets and pillows in every room. And phone chargers next to every bed. We carried our skis to the snowflake lift each morning (2-3 minutes/150 yards or so). Maybe a 5-7 minute walk to shops, restaurants etc. Really a perfect location. A wonderful host. A faultless townhome. Such a great week. Thank you!

It was close to everything we needed. We were only a short walk to main st. Kitchen had everything we need to cook. It was perfect for my family of 5.

The home was fully stocked and in a great location. We did not visit or use the pool area. Would stay again and would highly recommend

Our stay was fantastic! We drove in, and the host let us get in early, which was much appreciated after a long drive! The home was clean, and had all the amenities we needed plus some. It was awesome to have laundry detergent, enough spices to add to our meals, foil and other little things that made the stay feel like home. The location was perfect for easy access to the snowflake lift, ski rental shop and downtown Breck. Best part was the christmas tree that was lit up in the living room- the perfect thing for our family Christmas vacation!

We had a great stay in the unit. Pictures are accurate of the listing. Very well stocked unit with everything you could need. Only downside is pool and spa were closed.

This is our second time staying here and we were equally as pleased this time around. Everything goes smoothly and the place is well stocked for our family of 5. The pool area can get a little crowded given the number of units it serves and one day one of the hot tubs was off, but I see that as an HOA issue.

We loved our stay there. Short walk to lift and met all of our needs. Kitchen was stocked more than the normal rental. Thanks for the great place you provided!

Easily accessible to the lift in the morning. Just a short walk up the block. Main street was just a short walk a block away in the other direction at night. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

This was our third year skiing in Breckenridge and this townhouse was, by far, our favorite one we’ve stayed at. We LOvED the proximity to the chairlift and the ease of skiing home. We loved the heated garage and all the extras (full kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, 2.5 bathrooms, fireplace, spices, oils, etc.Justin was quick to respond to messages and we enjoyed his property a lot! We will definitely be back.

Had a great experience here. Easy to get in once the directions were sent. Used the garage code exclusively. Parking for the jeep was easy. Great storage for ski items in garage. Living room was great to hang out and watch TV at night and sit by the fireplace. Kitchen was fully stocked with essentials. I did not need the W/D. Bed was comfortable in primary. Bathroom nice and warm with heater. Towers were good and there was body wash in the shower. Quick walk to the snowflake lift. Would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was just as advertised. A short walk uphill to the Snowflake lift and ski down to across the street. It was also a few block walk into town. Very convenient to both skiing and town. This is our third time staying at this townhouse.

Clean, easy access, great location!

We love the Winterpoint townhomes and would add this place to our list of VRBOs we'd happily stay at again on our next trip to Breck. As previous reviewers have commented, this place isn't the most updated but it's comfortable, has a great location and a very responsive and accommodating host. The townhome also is stocked with a lot of the comforts of home which we really appreciate. Would absolutely return!

My family had an awesome stay at Justin’s condo. The condo was really comfortably furnished and had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay in Breckenridge. We loved being able to easily walk to both the ski slopes and town, and we also made good use of the hot tub in the complex. We’ll return!
