Stayed Feb 13, 2025During our stay I was texted by the owner and told to call her. On the call I was told There is a situation, we have detected a dog in the house. I explained we did not have any dogs and there is no way one could have been detected . She stated she is sending someone over to inspect without permission. A violation of VRBO policy. We have yet to recieve an apology or any further correspondence from the owner.

Stayed Jul 15, 2021There was a lot of road noise from the busy road behind the house (windows open in summer for fresh air). The handle to the front door fell off the first day & that made it hard to enter/exit the unit as we only had a key to the front door. (There was no garage door remote control we could find). It was nice to have several water bottles awaiting our arrival cold in the fridge. I had trouble finding an extra pillowcase to use with an extra pillow. Things were kind of found all over the place (in various closets). I went to do a load of laundry and found old linens placed in the washer that were never washed. We absolutely love the location of these townhouses in Dillon but would probably choose a different unit next time.
