AWESOME HOUSE 5 bed/4 bath, south facing pool with spa & games room

Had a great time at this spacious house. We did most of the cooking at the house which was very well equipped with what we needed. Garage was very well equipped with games for kids of all ages 5 to 65. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We stayed with three generations of family, and everyone had a great time with plenty of room to spread out. The game room was a bit hit with the teens, and we all loved the hot tub. Great communication with the owner when we encountered a small problem, which was quickly resolved. Would stay again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property and would definitely give it five stars. The home was spotless and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away.Andre and Darlene were great hosts with excellent communication before and during our stay. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything simple.The south-facing pool was a highlight—it gets sun all day and was the perfect place to relax. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect! The home was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. Our hosts were extremely kind and quick to answer any question that we had. The 5 days we stayed could not have been anymore wonderful. We can't wait to find an opportunity to go back.

Lovely Warm Pool, Clean house, Great Games Room. Fabulous communication from the Owners. We have stayed at many villas over the years and this is one of the best, it was lovely and clean, fully equipped, heated pool was the best we have had, plenty of pool furniture, Games room has something for everyone. Owners communication was top notch.

This house had everything we needed for our stay. The house was clean, spacious and in a safe neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spotless house with all the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts are super responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is fantastic with easy parking on the premises. This was my family’s favorite vacation house by far and we highly recommend it!

Check in was super easy. The host are very responsive to communication and their hospitality was top notch. This house was absolutely amazing, and super clean. We stayed here for 9 days, and leaving was tough. The home is well furnished with everything you should need or want. If you don't have it no problem Walmart is just down the street. The pool area was very well maintained and clean. Our kids used it often, and they truly enjoyed the game room. This home sits in a great neighborhood and its only a short trip to the parks, and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby... Loved it and would definitely stay here again...

We loved this property for our recent trip to the Universal Parks! It was very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and game room in the evenings and on our rest days and the host gave excellent local restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend!

Andre’s house was great with plenty of space for one or potentially multiple families given the extra master suite. The kids loved the pool and game room which is larger than the pictures seem to indicate which was a nice surprise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, there were a few things that we felt could be improved on. The washing machine for one, never filled completely with water and was extremely noisy. There was not enough toilet paper, we had to go out and purchase more. Several lightbulbs were burned out with no replacements to be found. Again, we had to go purchase them. All in all, we were very happy with our overall experience at your property. We are discussing the possibility of returning again next year. God bless and thank you for your time!

We had 4 generations stay at the house. Everything was as advertised. Several restaurants and grocery store very nearby. Drive to Epcot was about 25 minutes.

House seems to have been designed for a great vacation. Excellent layout, great pool with integral hot tub. Every amenity including a well equipped game room. Just close enough to Disney to make driving easy. Nice town. Great neighborhood. Owner was extremely responsive. Highly recommend and will stay again if we’re every back that way.

Agree with the other reviews that this is a hidden gem. Everything about our stay was great--communication with the host, house was exactly as described and location was great for our visits to Disney and Universal Studios. Everyone loved the pool and recommend arranging for the pool to be heated in advance. Would absolutely stay again when returning to Orlando.

Wonderful home overall!! Great to have the nice pool, hot tub and game room! Pool table and air hockey were especially enjoyed! Some folks were not overly pleased with some of the beds. Opting to sleep on sofas instead. Overall though, was a beautiful home and I’d definitely stay there again!! Hosts were great with communications and the visit was wonderful!!

We were absolutely pleased and extremely thrilled with our Vrbo hosts (property owners). The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and provided easy to understand house instructions for our 10 day stay. The house was lovely, nicely furnished, very clean, well organized and the kitchen was fully stocked for everything you would need (coffee machines, drinking glasses, cutlery, china, pots and pans etc...). It was a big bonus to have use of the heated pool and hot tub. Both the pool and hot tub were refreshing and very clean. As I deal with the aches and pains of arthritis in my spine, the pool/hot tub was a real bonus for me! The fully equipped games room (garage) was a big hit!!! All and all, I would highly recommend this Vrbo 5 star vacation rental property for your family vacation stay. Our sincere appreciation to the hosts for making our vacation a most memorable one!

This house was perfect for our multi family stay. Great location and plenty of room for all of us.

Our 3 weeks at this property was excellent. The owner checked in with us the day we arrived to see if we had made it ok and everything was good. I was impressed that they would check on us. Communications throughout the stay was also very good. We did not not have any concerns or issues with the house but the owner was very quick to reply. The pool was awesome as we enjoyed the sun all day. The TV's were all set up with an abundance of channels so we had our choice of what we wanted to watch. Being from Canada we even had a CBC News channel to keep us up to date with the happenings back home. The house was well stocked with anything that we needed. The bedrooms were great with lots of space and privacy. I would recommend this property. We would have booked it again but it was already booked. Thanks Andre and Darlene

We were very comfortable in this beautiful home and had ample room to spread out. The layout was perfect for our family of eight. The hosts were accommodating and attentive. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful, and conveniently located near a grocery store. Highly recommend this property, and would love to book again next time we're vacationing in the area.

Very nice house. It was very spacious and there was plenty of space for our family of 6. Having the baby items was so helpful. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool. The just checked in with us to make sure everything was fine, Would recommend this property and Host!!

We stayed at this amazing property for 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays. It is just as described…beautiful. My family of 10 had an amazing time in the pool, hot tub and in the games room. Andre and Darlene were fantastic to work with. A couple of minor issues were addressed immediately. Your home is very comfortable, beds are great, every kitchen item you would want is there. I would rent this home again in a minute!!! Very close to the Disney and Universal parks.

The property was fairly easy to locate and the appearance was true to the photographs. The villa was exceptionally clean and everything that we used worked to our expectations. My athletes really enjoyed the game room.

We were 3 generations from the UK, grand parents, parents and grandkids. The house was perfect, plenty of room, we loved the games room and the pool. Aircon, WiFi and Smart TVs all worked really well. The location is ideal for Disney, the Airport and all that the Orlando area has to offer. We would definitely book again if making a return trip.
