Hosts were always very responsive to my questions and did so very quickly.

The kitchen was wonderful. It was stocked with everything you need. Great coffee maker! Lovely bakyard that was great to sit in while enjoying your coffee. Plenty of seats for everyone while watching TV in the living room. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The rooms were perfect with lots of space. The guest bathroom was clean and spacious. I absolutely loved the bowl of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotions. What a way to make it special!! Laundry stocked which helped when your staying more than a couple days. The location is excellent to restaurants, shops and activities. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and very friendly. We appreciate them opening their home to make our vacation GREAT!! give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

So happy the owners were able to accommodate us not only on a short notice but also able to extend our trip by an extra day. Very responsive when asking questions. The house had everything we needed to feel home away from home.

This is a lovely home and a great location. Close to many attractions and the neighborhood was quite and the backyard was amazing.

House was perfect and just what we needed for parents weekend with our cadet freshman. Owners were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Only (minor) ding is it’s about 30 min from the Academy but from what I understand most rentals are. We would definitely stay here again

Great property and immaculate house! Stefan and Devin are excellent hosts. Communication back and forth was great. We felt very comfortable during our stay. The couch in the family room is to die for - SO cozy. Very nice kitchen. Great washer and dryer. Highly recommend!

Very clean and a great place to relax

The house was spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. The house was central to where I needed to go. Lots of eateries nearby. The owner was SUPER nice and quick to respond. They were able to accommodate an additional night with no hassle. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our 4 night stay was great. The house is very spacious and clean and has all the appliances and pantry items you may need after a day of exploring the springs. Quiet neighborhood where you can relax outside but close enough to stores/businesses if you need anything special.

Home is in a quiet neighborhood and pretty much 15 min to restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the bedroom with twin beds for our littles. Nice to have a VRBO home in the Springs!

Our stay was here was wonderful. Great neighborhood that was close to all of the hikes and attractions we wanted to do in the Colorado Springs area. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5, particularly with 3 college kids. Relaxing home to the point we did not want to leave. Thank you!

This home worked well for us for my son’s promotion in the Army. There was plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked and would have loved to enjoy the back yard if it had been warmer. Communication with the owner great and they were very responsive.

Beautiful house! Property is well kept and pretty much stocked. Great layout with high ceilings and the master bedroom is nice. Nice neighborhood and the use of the garage was really convenient. Communication with the host was good.

Everything was clean and in order. The cable tv is nice and the heater was able to keep us all warm during some very cold nights. The digital door lock was convenient, and the rear deck was quite large.

Nice home and owners were accommodating with questions we had and granting us an early check in. Only downside is the master bedroom didn't seem to keep as warm as the rest of the home and got chilly at night. Otherwise, everything went well!

Visiting town for family wedding and was perfect location. Accommodations were great for our family of 5 adults and one child. Hosts had everything would need all setup. Very clean and comfortable, with lots of extras to make it very enjoyable. Would definitely stay again if came back in the area.

We had a group of 7 of us, we arrived and used our code and were instantly taken back by how gorgeous the house and neighborhood was! Condiments were in the house so that saved time and money. You have a grill you can use, TV in the living room as well as the master bedroom. Washer and dryer if you need to do laundry and more then enough towels to get you through a long trip! The owners communicated amazingly when I contacted about checking in a little bit early and about what to do with the bedding! If you need a place to stay with a group or by yourself these hosts are amazing and their house is perfect for any stay! When we come back I definitely will be checking if this property is available first!!!

We were at a conference. Four of us came in from across the US. The house was clean and well-stocked AND the check-out instructions were not ominous like I've experienced in some places. It felt like staying at a hotel. Would stay here again.
