The outdoor area includes a beautiful covered terrace with sun deck. In addition, an external staircase leads up to the roof terrace along the spacious balcony on the 1st floor. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay of Pomer and Medulin. In the garden, your children will find a lawn to play on, but you will certainly spend many hours in the water of the large swimming pool. Another highlight is the outdoor kitchen, where you can cook and barbecue to your heart's content and enjoy your meals in the open air.

The sea and pebble beach are just a few hundred metres away. Here you can swim and relax in Pomer Bay. Watch the boats coming in and out of the harbour and let your mind wander.

Your children will also enjoy a visit to the Adrenalin Park Medulin, where they can prove their courage and have fun. A visit to the town of Medulin is also worthwhile. Family-friendly Medulin offers long, flat beaches and plenty of opportunities for leisure activities. Stroll or cycle along the beautiful harbour promenade to discover the town. Sunbathe on the beaches and swim in the crystal blue water. There are numerous water sports options for more active holidaymakers.
