Nicely furnished wooden house with nice view-protected garden situated on a small cul-de-sac.

The house is bright and friendly furnished with comfortable furniture. It has 2 floors, a narrow staircase leads to the upper floor where two of the 5 bedrooms are located. The house is constantly being modernized, there is a TV in all rooms and other details such as a wine fridge and a fully automatic coffee machine. From the large covered terrace you come to the outdoor hot tub, which can be used all year round.

Hejlsminde is located on the Little Belt, a beautiful area with beach, forest and sights. In the village there is a nice marina and in some places you have a beautiful view of the island of Funen. Also take advantage of the many good cycling and walking paths here, they will take you through a wonderful nature. Not far from Hejlsminde are Skamlingsbanken, Christiansfeld (honey cake, tiled stoves and salami). Kolding also offers many experiences for children's families and art enthusiasts. For example, visit the museum Trapholt. There is also a play park, which is free. Also visit the Koldinghus and see art there, for variety in the city also provide many nice cafes.
