Stayed Aug 31, 2024We struggled with the key lock and after a long journey this was very frustrating especially when we contacted the team and were told there wasn’t usually any issue. The previous guests had actually made a similar comment about checking in being a problem Clearly the agent was not in the loop. That said once we acclimatised to the area and property a great holiday was had. The property was well equipped with most things better chopping boards for the kitchen were missing.As was a welcome pack: buses, using the cooker/hob etc would have been helpful . previous group had

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Lovely home very comfortable and easy to live in. Sadly let down by very poor entry arrangements - specifically a key coded box upon which the battery had failed. Hot and tired and agents closed for the evening - which seems very poor when check in for properties is always 4pm ???
