Villa Tina Barban has a total of 170 m2 and is divided into 2 houses. As there are two separate houses on a shared property, this is perfect for two families or two groups of friends. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in total. Each house consists of a living room with a fireplace that creates a cosy atmosphere, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both stylishly furnished houses have a covered terrace with a dining area and a barbecue where you canenjoy unforgettable moments with your family or friends. The olive trees add a traditional Istrian touch to the well-tended garden. A large outdoor pool invites you to refresh yourself on hot summer days! There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower around the pool. Your children are sure to enjoy the small playground in the garden! A private car park for 4 cars is also available. The villa offers everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday in Istria! Villa Tina Barban is located in the small village of Dobrani, which belongs to the municipality of Barban. The picturesque bay of Raski Zaljev, with numerous natural beaches and crystal-clear sea, is 3 kilometres away. Due to its central location, the village of Dobrani is an excellent starting point for excursions, bicycle tours or hiking tours. The region of Istria offers a variety of natural beauties and cultural sights that should not be missed. The villa is located about 20-30 kilometres from the tourist coastal towns such as Pula, Pore, Rovinj, Labin and Rabac. These towns have countless cafes, clubs and restaurants where you should definitely try first-class gastronomic delicacies such as Istrian smoked ham and olive oil.
