Kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with shower are located on the first floor. On the second floor there are also 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The swimming pool area extends over 2000m2 of lawn and is equipped with 10 sun loungers.

For the safety of children, the garden is surrounded by a hedge and a natural stone fence. The garden also has a barbecue area with a dining table and stone oven, which is ideal for baking bread or preparing traditional dishes. There is also a children's playground, table tennis and parking for 3 cars. Villa Anita is fully air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV and wireless internet.
