Awesome Decorated Lovely, Spacious Townhome by Isabella Golf Course!

This place was amazing, had everything you needed and the host had clear instructions. The plus was that there was a beach literally 5 mins away. Will definitely be back to this location. I loved everything about this house. ❤️

Everything was nice and clean. Just a long way from everything and the after hours gate is an extra 30 min to your drive as it is 13 miles from that gate and it is the only choice after 10. If you are looking for comfortable and quiet, this is the place. If you are looking to be a tourist stay closer to town.

This home is beautifully furnished and just the right size for us and our friends. It was located close to our relatives who live in the Village which made the commute quite nice. We had everything we needed and even had a chance to enjoy the outdoor patio in the evenings. Would happily stay here again.

Very clean, well-kept home! Everything you need is provided…Kleenex, toilet paper, etc. Games, puzzles, cards, books were all there for our use. Location was extremely convenient. We would stay here again without a doubt. Beds were very comfortable!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hot Springs Village. We were there 2 months and everything was great. The house was perfect for us and our guests. The owners were very nice and took care of any of our questions and anything that came up that needed to be attended to right away. The Village is a great place and a beautiful place to stay. We liked the security of a gated community. We would definitely stay there again. againcommunity

Property was nice, but cleanliness of kitchen was questionable. The coffee maker water reservoir was moldy as was the cleaning sponge and sponge holder. Simple things that require an easy fix. When the property manager was notified of the mold in in the coffee maker, their reply was ,”well there are new filters for the coffee maker at the property”. A new filter is not the answer to mold I. The reservoir

Everything was perfect! Exactly what we needed for the 4 of us! Highly recommend!

Excellent location

The property was very nice but the cleaning people could do a better job. Hand towels smelled bad when wet. Coffee pot filter still had used coffee grinds from previous guest. Some upholstery on furniture and chairs needs some attention. Rugs in the bathrooms looked like the are never cleaned. Refrigerator needs filter change. Probably wouldnt book again for the price unless these things were corrected.

We loved everything about this house: location, rooms, kitchen and appliances, furnishings, beds. And the agent Janette Carte was great to work with. Hopefully we can return and stay here again!

The house is just as nice as the pictures show it to be! The beautiful windows across the back are wonderful for bird watching! The little patio is perfect for coming together at the end of the day to talk about how bad your golf game was! We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Our stay was great! The home is clean and well maintained. The kitchen has all of the amenities you would need at your home away from home. The host was amazing in communication and laying out the details for the stay. Would stay with this host again!

Everything was easy from start to finish. House was very nicely furnished and floor plan excellent to give everyone the space they needed. Games were there that added to our enjoyment as well as the charcoal grill on back deck overlooking a forest of trees. Charming and peaceful!

We stayed at the Risco Way address during a recent annual golf trip to the village. The location was absolutely perfect as it was only minutes to Granada and Isabella golf courses. The house was great with bedrooms for everyone in our group and a nice open kitchen and common space family room. We definitely intend to come back again. Janette was great and responsive, too, for our group that arrived a couple of hours early.
