Awesome 4 bedroom Home at the Heart of Bay Area

We are a team members from a company working a conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center. The house was about a 20 min drive from the convention center. It was comfortable for all the team members to be in together. Kitchen is big. We had enough bathrooms for everyone. And the internet is super fast. Really great because at one point we had 6 computers, 6 cell phones and 6 VR headsets all connected to the wifi at the same time and had no problems at all. Still steady and strong. For us, this was very important. Water was hot with good pressure in the showers. Bed were comfortable although some rooms had too many beds which made it hard to move around the room, but that was the only way 8 people can sleep in this house. My only complaints: 1. The place was not clean. I think the cleaning person did not do a good job. We found hairs in one of the beds like the sheets were not changed. We killed two roaches. And the stove was sticky. 2. This is a condo not a house and its attached to a bunch of units. The entire neighborhood is all condos so there are a lot of cars on the street and its a bit hard to find street parking. That being said. We would stay here again when we return to the conference.

It was a nice house and it matched the photos that were provided on the listing.

There were cobwebs on the light fixtures in the bathrooms, dust on the coffee table. Some of the light bulbs were burnt out. The sliding back door was not on the tracks and we had to fix it cuz we weren’t sure our stuff would be safe inside. The outside area someone dumped their trash and the next morning more people added to it. When we took UBER they said the neighborhood was sketchy and the driver wouldn’t stay in that area. We also brought in the mail and it looked like nobody had been there to pick it up for over a week.

The inside was what I was expecting from the pictures online. The location of the rental was not what I was expecting as there were no pictures of the outside of the property. Yan was very easy to work with, very prompt in returning my emails.

Property was perfect for our family. We went to Sharks game and enjoyed the little Mexican restaurant a couple blocks walking distance away.

Very nice, clean, updated property. We liked the coffee available to us in the morning. Beds were very comfortable, and enough space for my family and my sisters’ family to stay together over the holiday.

This was exactly what we needed. Thanks for a great place.

7 friends and I stayed for the night after a 49er game. The unit slept all 8 of us comfortably. The unit was very nice inside and was exceptionally clean!! I contacted the property manager (Yan) and was allowed to check in early so we could get to the game on time. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!
