Welcome to Sandy Cheeks - A spacious dog-friendly house w/outdoor firepit - close to golf and ocean!

This bright, lively home has room for a large family or a group of friends looking for a home-away-from-home during their St. Simons Island vacation. Make a home cooked meal in the gorgeous kitchen equipped with copper pots and extensive counter space. Or, if you're feeling al fresco, pick up some local seafood and take it outside to the grill.

On the second floor, you'll enjoythe use of a private washer and dryer for your swimsuits and sundresses. Two bedrooms rest on this floor - one with a king bed and en-suite bath; the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bath. The kids can sleep on the third floor where there are two more bedrooms! One bedroom has a queen bed; the other has two twin trundle beds. There will be no arguments over the shower in the morning with the huge Jack-n-Jill bathroom. After a long day at the beach, shower off the sand in the outdoor shower before joining everyone on the patio deck. Relax on the couch with a movie playing on the TV - if someone doesn't challenge you to a game of foosball first. Get everyone around the firepit for s'mores and laughs. You'll love the modern nautical décor, polished design, and short walk to the beach.

What's Nearby: While you will be in a quiet neighborhood, you are still going to be close to all kinds of island activities. When you get hungry and don't feel like cooking yourself, walk to one of the many restaurants located just blocks away. Just over a half mile away from your front door is St. Simons Island Lighthouse Museum, Neptune Park, and St. Simons Pier, all offering unique oceanfront experiences for you and your group. You can even find golfing just six miles away at Sea Palms Golf Club!

    Space overall was nice with bathrooms for every room, good dining space, nice porch, good back patio. The house lacks upkeep with many things like rattling corroded air vents, stained couch, squeaky beds, limited cleaning/kitchen staples. In general that would be ok but the floors were very dirty and lights with a few spiders. All the kids socks were black by end of the first day, empty gas tank for grill (with tattered cover), sandy not super warm hot tub, etc. Good for the price but the cleanliness and lack of upkeep made it a bit of a downer.

    This a great house. It's always super clean. We have now stayed here with our girls cross country team for two years in a row when we come down to compete in the region cross country meet. It has a great kitchen and living area and the bedrooms upstairs are perfect for a group of girls. The girls feel very comfortable there. We had some issues with the upstairs A/C this time, but will definitely be back.

    House was beautiful and well equipped. We had 4 adults and one teen, ( and our dog!) everyone had their own room with ensuites. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Management was quickly responsive with fix of minor AC issue. We would stay there again. I loved the primary so much I snapped pics for inspo on my own home redecoration!

    Modern home with nice touches. Fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. Plenty of room for family and friends, pet friendly (so appreciated!!) and the fire pit, jacuzzi, and foozball tables were the icing on the cake.

    We were in St. Simons for a cross country meet and my wife stayed here with the seven teenaged girls who are on the team. I stayed in another house with the boys. This house was a great place for a group that size - clean, comfortable, beds for everyone. We didn't use it, but it also has a great large kitchen and eating area. We would definitely stay here again.
