This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood very close to Zion National Park. It was clean and comfortable - everything we needed!

Superb vrbo! Roomy. Clean. 30 minutes to Zion Visitor Center. Great value and better quality!

Everything that you need for the visit is there. The kitchen had every utensil you need. The rooms were spacious and neat. It was great having access to a washer and dryer for the trip. Also nice to be able to use the garage.

Your home was great! Appreciate having a grill everything so clean. Only feedback is that the queen bed in front bedroom is very loud (creaky). Not great for couple sleeping. Thanks for making your home available!

The house was very clean and orderly. No issues with communicating with the host from start to finish.There weren't any issues with this listing.About a 30 minute drive to Zion National Park. Which puts it outside of the very busy area close to the park.

This was the perfect spot for us to stay while we explored Zion, Bryce and Kanab. Clean home, comfortable beds, extras for us to utilize (fan, coolers, playing cards/games, laundry.) Host Eileen was attentive and answered all the questions I asked. Would HIGHLY recommend!

This was a great place to stay if you go to visit Zion. It was only 30 minutes away and it’s close to a grocery store. It was very comfortable and homey.

We had a great stay. This was our second time staying at this house and it was just like we expected. The property is very clean and thoroughly stocked. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Great location and great hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was exactly as pictured on the VRBO site—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. After long days of hiking, we especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a great place to unwind. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and if we return to the area, we would gladly stay here again.

We came to utah to visit my GF’s child and friends. Went to Zion for a couple days. It was a blast. But even better since we had a nice house close by to rest and have home cooked meals

Very clean and roomy. House located in back of neighborhood which is nicer than the front of the neighborhood - and located directly across from a cute park. Easy drive to Zion, Kolob canyon, and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The info provided by owner was helpful regarding the proximity of the north rim. (Didn't realize it was a doable day trip until reading the provided info). Owner clearly very organized and professional. We took a day trip to the north rim and enjoyed the rustic and peaceful side of the canyon. Totally different vibe than Zion and worth the drive if you want to see nature without big crowds. There is not lot of dining in La Verkin but Hurricane a short drive with lots of restaurants and a Walmart. Great stay and enjoyed our trip. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again if in the area..

Our family of 3 stayed for 3 nights to visit the area parks and the two national parks. The home was relaxing for us and gave a great respite from motels and lodges. Everything in the home was above our expectations. The communication with the host was superb. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend this property.

This was a great place to explore Zion NP and recover! Access to Vintage Park across the street is really nice for families with kids. We were grateful for the hospitality.

We came to town for a family memorial sevice. The home was clean, well stocked with towels, beddings, toiletries and kitchen supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable.

We have fantastic communication with the host before our stay. The unit was clean, a good size for my family and had everything that you could want in the kitchen. It is a fantastic location for trips to Zion, Bryce and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. We'll definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to Utah. Beautiful clean home. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. About 35 minutes to Zion national park where we went hiking and amazing views around Zion. Also went to Bryce Canyon about 2 hours and 20 from this home, a must see. Thank you

Very nice home. A glitch with the AC was immediately handled by the manager. An area power outage for a couple of hours was a pain. Very good local market, pharmacy, and dining.

My family enjoyed our stay while visiting various sites in the area. The house was very clean and had everything you need. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay again in the future.

This house was perfect for exploring Zion, it was a 30 min drive and allowed us plenty of space to relax and unwind after a hot day of hiking. Stocked with everything we needed. Sofa and beds were super comfy. The one complaint I had was the temperature for sleeping. It was over 100 most days and the AC was locked at 73 degrees, but felt warm sleeping at night. Eileen was very responsive, even checking in via text when she was alerted to a power outage in the area ( we were not affected). I would stay here again.

This is the second time staying in this home and would definitely recommend it to others. Clean and well stocked with games, puzzles, and books on the area.
