Property was clean and had a quaint, welcoming feel to it. Sarah and Caleb were fantastic hosts with great communication. The hot tub was a fun treat for our family after days spent hiking and sightseeing. We were a family of 5 with 3 elementary school aged boys and the house was a great size for us and we were comfortable. I would recommend this property and these hosts again in a heartbeat!

If I could give Sarah 10 stars out of 5 I would. I am a fellow host and ran in a bind with a guest and she graciously helped me out with accommodating that guest. Her communication and thoughtfulness went above and beyond. I can see why she has so many 5 stars reviews. She is the epitome of amazing hospitality.

The host was absolutely on top of everything and went above and beyond to guide us first timers in Colorado with great suggestions for restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. The attention to detail and cleanliness in every aspect of the house was well thought out and impeccable. Any questions I had were answered at a moment's notice by the host. One of our favorite parts was the experience and ease of walking to both a coffee shop and amazing Italian restaurant just a couple blocks away; as recommended by the host. (see pics). The house was warm, inviting, and we truly felt at home. I would not hesitate to book this property, you will not regret it!

Extremely clean and comfortable home. The host was always quick in responding to any questions and very helpful. After staying in many vacation rentals over the years, this was the best stocked home I’ve stayed in and had everything we needed. It is clear the owners truly take pride in keeping the property in excellent condition.

We had a wonderful time using this listing as a home-base for several travels. We had a relaxing time on the porch in the morning sipping our coffee, and we enjoyed walking around to the neighborhood restaurants that the host recommended to us. It was such a prime location! The host was active in her communication, and was consistently helpful, thoughtful, and kind in her speedy replies that ALWAYS answered our questions. The house felt like home, which was perhaps the best part. We were relaxed and enjoyed our time inside - often playing the myriad of games that were offered or reading bedtime stories to our kids that were on the shelf. The kitchen had every appliance that we could have desired, and it was all immaculately cleaned. We're so thankful for our stay here and we will certainly return if we come back that way!

This home is absolutely adorable and lived up to every expectation we had. So clean and immaculately maintained inside and out. Beds were comfortable and everything we could possibly need was at our disposal. They even had homemade cookies waiting for us at arrival. Owners were very communicative about the check-in process. Neighborhood felt safe as well. We'd definitely stay here again!

This is a 2 BR/1 BA rental with a 2-car garage that fit our GMC 1500 crew cab truck! The garage was easy to access. The kitchen was fully stocked; the cutting knives were sharp! Good asst. of spices, cooking oils, vinegar, maple syrup (stuff you wouldn't think of). Breville espresso machine and another coffee pot. They supplied a Yeti cooler to use (we did daily). The property was decorated very professionally. Lots of throw pillows, very comfortable furniture, beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. The bathroom was small, but the newly remodeled shower was large and efficient. Fresh flowers throughout the house. There were so many things that Sarah & Caleb thought of that you just don't find at other rentals. We arrived after dark, but the entrance from the garage had motion sensor lights that made it so easy to see. The location was perfect; close to GOTG, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs and so many other attractions. I'm sorry we didn't get to use the hot tube. Too many other things going on, but it looked inviting! KUDOS to Sarah and Caleb for providing such a nice home away from home. We want to come back!

Caleb and Sarah were super sweet hosts. They were very helpful and accommodating. They have a wine bar at the place and even went as far as asking what type of wine we preferred and were willing to buy it for us. Their restaurant and hospitality recommendations were perfect and greatly appreciated

Our stay was perfect. Check-in was easy. Everything we needed was available at the house. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts were amazing and even had fresh cookies for us when we arrived.

This was the perfect house for our stay! We were passing through town and wanted a centrally located place close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak — and this home was absolutely ideal.From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with freshly baked cookies and beautiful fresh flowers throughout the home — such a thoughtful touch! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need if you love to cook or enjoy staying in with friends.The bed was incredibly comfortable, and waking up surrounded by large windows with soft morning light was the perfect way to start the day. We were especially grateful for the washer and dryer — a true blessing during our three-week trip.The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there’s even a wonderful pasta restaurant within walking distance that we loved.Communication with the host was excellent — she checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home.We truly wish we could have stayed longer — this place is a peaceful gem, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This was by far the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in! It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, cozy and communication with the property owner was excellent. The home has quality furnishings, linens, tableware, appliances, decorations, etc. The owner went above and beyond with amenities. Attention to detail was amazing. We arrived to fresh flowers and home made goodies! Additionaly, the property was central to the beautiful sights of the Colorado Springs area. We visited the Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak and attended a football game at the Air Force Academy - all were within a short distance of the property.We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Well appointed 2 bedroom cottage with all the extras. Arrived to find homemade cookies and fresh flowers. Delighted with small garden, hot tub with extra towels and shoes, and rockers and porch swing on front porch Beautiful original art work.

We loved the house! We had everything we needed. The hostess thought of everything we would need to stay there. The beds are so comfy! The house was decorated so cute! It is in a great location close to the main city and hiking areas and the neighborhood is quiet. We loved hanging out on the front porch and watching people walk their dogs. We would love to come back and stay there again.

This has been my favorite Vrbo ever and I can't wait to return one day. The home had literally everything you could need or want. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the property. Sarah and family had complete attention to detail. So many amenities. Her mother baked cookies and made us feel so welcome at this vrbo. Many places to eat even within 1 mile. The house was by garden of the gods and the Cheyenne zoo and the restaurants in the area did not disappoint at all. In her complete rundown of the area we had eaten from the places that we have never heard of before. The culinary arts race was on when it comes to food. Inside the house was cozy the sheets where soft and pillows were fluffy the carpets and rooms were very clean the bathroom had a beautiful shower and soap’s conditioner and body soap that we took advantage of. Coffee was on the house and a great set up at that. We sat on the front porch on the rainy day and enjoyed the rocking chairs that were plentiful along with a porch swing. Nice touches and a great place to call home away from home. If I were one to stay again I would ask her if they have any other properties and I did. They do own even bigger properties. With this much attention to detail how could you not want to come back. Thanks again we had a blast and slept well. Don’t forgot to go to the flying w ranch and enjoy wonderful entertainment but while your at the house enjoy the peace and quiet and maybe a dip in the hot tub.

Sarah runs a beautiful VRBO! Super clean! Kitchen was one of the best! Had every appliance and utensil needed for cooking. Large cooler provided for picnics which we used. House and yard immaculately maintained. Beautifully decorated. Fresh flowers in most of the rooms!Checkin was simple with no issues. Sarah is easy to contact with any questions and is like talking with a friend. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors friendly when walking around. This adorable place is perfect for two couples or a small family. It is close to everything - Pike's Peak, the Manitou Incline, Garden of the Gods and an amazing trail system. Groceries also close by with a fully stocked kitchen. Very clean and tidy. Every detail was thought of by these hosts. We arrived to freshly baked cookies (3 kinds), fresh cut flowers, a personalized note and comfy robes laid out in the bedrooms. Coffee and tea were provided and some nice bottles of wine were available to purchase. The hosts were beyond responsive, suggesting places to eat, a church and making sure our every need was met. I highly recommend staying here.

I love Wildflower Co! We've stayed here multiple times because it's perfect for us. I love that the kitchen is stocked with everything you would possibly need. Actually, each room is like that. From luxury shampoos and fresh flowers in the bathroom to a fully stocked desk drawer including post-it notes, this house is like living in Real Simple magazine where everything is neat, organized, and just where you need it. Forgot sunscreen? It's in the drawer. Then there's the really luxurious hot tub outside, which is extra relaxing in the crisp Colorado night air! Last but not least, everytime you go anywhere, beautiful Pike's Peak takes your breath away. I love this cozy home with everyday access to natural splendor!

We celebrated our 44th anniversary by traveling to the Springs for sports and hiking (Garden of the Gods and Manitou Incline) The house location is a perfect basecamp for all these great activities and 10 -15 minute drive to stores and restaurants in downtown. The house is excellently appointed, special touches to make your stay comfortable. Added bonus was enjoying the awesome hot tub after all our activities and the enclosed garage for our car. Home baked cookies was a very nice touch too! We would definitely stay here again for our couples weekends in the Springs.

The Wildflower Colorado bungalow was by far the BEST vacation rental I’ve stayed in. Immaculate, charming, warm, inviting and comfortable gem made for a lovely stay. This beautiful bungalow was in such a great location. In walking distance of Colorado College, and downtown. Our host was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. We stayed over Christmas and the house was decorated beautifully with a Christmas tree and decorations. The kitchen was full of every appliance you would ever need. I would definitely stay here again.
