Located across from the National Park Service line. Our home Park Place is a short walk to the ocean. Ramp 38 is .2 miles away for 4x4 access. The Canadian hole is less than 2 miles to enjoy kiteboarding , sound side day use or evening sunsets.
The ground level has a carport, a fish-cleaning table, adirondack chairs, basketball net and two entrances. The first living level of our meticulously maintained home has a large living and dining area with cathedral ceilings and juniper trim.

Stayed May 22, 2026Cute, clean cottage with a nice layout for a small family. The beach access and ORV ramp are just across Highway 12. AC works well. Bring your own toilet paper and garbage bags if you will be staying more than a couple of nights. Friendly host. Recommend.

Stayed Sep 27, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, supermarket and stores are within a mile. Excellent restaurants also close by. And a big thank you to our host. After driving 4 hours (half way to home) I realized I left my keys. Messaged our host and she found them and will be getting them to us. That is excellent service.

Stayed Apr 26, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at Park Place. The cottage was spotless, comfy and nicely equipped with everything we needed. Stacy offered us an early check in - greatly appreciated after our two day road trip. We love the quiet neighborhood and the short walk to beach access. We are windsurfers so being close to the Canadian Hole was great for us too. We hope next time we can plan to stay longer!
