I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was great! We had trouble with WiFi but first thing on Monday morning MexTel came and fixed the problem. We also had a few lights not working and Oceano came on Monday and fixed the problem. The sliding glass door is a big issue! It needs yo be replaced!! The curtains in the living room are discusting!Over all we really like the condo and the location is ghe best in RP!!See you next year!

We had trouble with our water but it was taken care of right away. Great customer service. Nice big kitchen and of course we always love staying in these condos because of the great beach views and beach access.

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately, the cleaning crew had left the AC way too low, which caused the pipes to freeze slowly ,so the ac stopped working. No towels either. When we called the manager was condescending and rude , made me feel like we have done it. We come from Arizona believe me we know how to use the Ac ,who wants to go on vacation to be hot ! Plus this is our 3rd stay and we never had issue before.Not even an apology! Love the property management has to go!
