Avalon Townhome with Pool & Cabana ~ Great Location!

The accommodations for my family was excellent with no issues. The shade of the deck with the paddle fans made for very comfortable dining and relaxing.

We are a family of six plus grandma. This house met all our needs. Quiet street, close to Avalon shops & restaurants was a plus! Easy beach access too. Our family liked the large addition with covered porch the best!

This is a great find in Avalon! This place is so much bigger than it looks...5 true bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Separate lounging areas for adults and kids. Many places to hang out inside and out. Super fast walk to beach and a nice stroll into town. The décor is comfy, very updated and super clean. The area is very quiet and relaxing. Make sure to pack enough bedding, including blankets or comforters as they are not provided, but not a big deal. The only negative is that there is limited sofa seating if gathered to watch tv/movie in either of the living areas (we had chilly weather so, seemed a bit crowded at times with us all inside). If weather is not an issue, no one will be hanging inside that much anyway!!!

We loved the house. We had 6 adults and three children, with some day visitors throughout the week. We were able to accommodate everyone with all of the beautiful indoor and outdoor space, the deck and backyard were amazing and shaded, and the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants was perfect.

Our family had a marvelous time at this vacation home. The owner was dream to work with, and made sure all of our needs were met. She was in constant communication with us. The house and furnishings are in great condition, with many amenities and plenty of space to spread out and relax. The proximity to both the beach and the main street is amazing. We would definitely come back again, and I'd highly recommend it. Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

We stayed here with our grown daughters and husbands and thoroughly enjoyed this home. Great attention to detail and with close proximity to beach it was the perfect place for us. Great porch to enjoy meals or just sit back and relax any time of day. We highly recommend it!

We rent homes in Avalon and Stone Harbor several times a year and this house is definitely a new favorite! Excellent location to the beach and everything we enjoy at the beach. It was even better than the pictures with a huge comfy outdoor space and well appointed interior. Our daughter really likes the bunk bed and her own TV with the Disney Channel. It also was a pleasure communicating with the owner for the rental process as well. This is a great home and we recommend it highly!
