Stayed Jul 19, 2025I truly cannot express how much we loved this property-- my husband and I went with my parents and my 2 kids and everyone had enough space and then some. The pool was a DREAM-- the location is PERFECTION-- we cannot wait to visit again next summer. If you are looking to vaca in Avalon, this is your spot. Trust me.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We always gather as a family to celebrate the life of our daughter/sister who hopped ahead to Heaven 8 years ago. Everything is walkable so we spent that special day at the Avalon Beach Service. What a beautiful way to start the day! Even my 90 year Mom shared the service in a wheelchair on the boardwalk. We made the best of every day even dealing with Hurricane Debby a few of the days. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool & heated spa, swimming every day. We even attended a concert at the Avalon Community Center.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024This house was perfect for us 6 adults. We loved being in close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The beach was never crowded. The house was big enough to have some space to ourselves. My favorite spot was the front porch. It was great to end a day at the beach in the hot tub. Eric quickly responded to any questions we had. We had a great week in our favorite beach town.
