Fantastic location for sun and fun with the whole family! This home is in the heart of Avalon on the highly sought after west block of 21st street, one block from the beach and short walking distance to the business district, shops, restaurants, and Veteran Plaza. Enjoy relaxing under the canvas awning porch or in the Florida style sun room overlooking the rear yard bricked patio. Three bedrooms and two full baths on 1st floor. Two bedrooms and 1 en suite bath on second floor. Please keep in mind that all the beds come with a duvet, pillows and mattress cover - travelers will need to provide their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, washclothes and beach towels.

This house was in the absolute perfect location! We were so surprised how big the house actually was, it easily fit our group of 9. John is a wonderful host that made the process of renting extremely easy. We’d 100% stay here again!

This house had ample room for everyone to spread out and relax. It was also close to the beach and the main street of the town which was great. The house is well-kept.
