Stayed Sep 5, 2025The house was very close to everything and the deck was beautiful. We thought it was weird that to come in the house you enter through a bedroom. The front room(bedroom) smelled a bit musty but the rest of the house did not. Overall our experience was fun. We had a great time. The hosts also gad coffee ready to go for us. That was very nice.

Stayed Apr 15, 2025Place was great. Only complaint was that there was heavy construction happening next door. We can’t blame the property owner that the neighbor was having their dock and bulkhead replaced. It was very unfortunate, we couldn’t relax on the back deck with a barge and crane running 15 feet away. That being said, the location to downtown Avalon was great. We would absolutely stay here again, as long as construction next door has finished.

Stayed Oct 3, 20245 of us stayed for a long weekend when a cousin got married in Avalon. It was comfortable and the view is lovely. The owner was very friendly and answered all questions quickly.
